It's hard to be optimistic about any offer based on the share price movement but then it was hard to see Rory McIlroy win this weekend! Hopefully we will get good news this week: it's long overdue!

How can there be any volume when the price doesn't move!

Correlation v causation.

One of the nuggets in this case is the free float is tiny so any volume has to be insti driven - what we minnows do has no effect whatsoever (when does it?)

The powers that be will still be discussing the terms of the deal (including Rigby who won't want Flybe to 'depart' Exeter which will be a threat from Stob and so the City council will be involved because of the jobs implications - Flybe is the second largest private sector employee in the City) Cityjet owners etc etc.

Not long to wait now.....

The instis cant be v optimistic about the final take out price if the share price has to go down a penny before they buy!

nice to see hoskins still buying, this tells me that they are very confident of making a profit and/or they have an agreement in place with a buyer. although this is not reflected in the RNS

the 2nd RNS states Hoskins but states hostplus in the detail of the notification, this was the same as previous. i can only assume that hoskins are managing this but dont have voting rights, can imagine it is wrong twice.

its hard not to be positive about a deal being done based on hoskins buying, the question for me is what price.
