19/6/2018 07:29 | Toffeeman, you may well get the chance to buy after a hefty fall! Certainly not at 50 p on these results. IMHO. More accounting adjustments and provisions and more talk about the good things that will happen sometime in the future! Analysts will have an interesting time going through these results. | dahhad

18/6/2018 11:19 | The Telegraph article mentions the bad weather in Feb And March. I was out of the country at that time, but all I heard about from afar was the amount of snow at the time and how the UK ground to a halt. I think that is what the Telegraph article is referring to. As for the losses, they are most probably not far off the mark as it would be difficult to pluck figures out of thin air just to make things up. These things have a habit of being leaked.Either way, let's hope Flybe have a handle on it all and the share price starts to climb back up. Good luck all and fingers crossed. | palwing13

17/6/2018 23:57 | Telegraph articles blames the weather and although poor weather didn't really help, the effect of that was dwarfed by the cost increases including spending more on maintenance than they did in previous H1's. With better cost control they would have made a reasonable profit this year. For things like increasing maintenance spend it is probably the right thing to do in the long term but only as part of a pre-announced strategy where they give investors a full upfront breakdown of why it made strategic sense but to just spend all the money first is not good investor relations. | dangersimpson2
