These cancellations must be costing EZJ a fortune. Our personal experience re our flight cancelled was £150 return flight repaid and £700 compensation. So EZJ out of £700 just on two individuals. Also loss of goodwill. No wonder the COO was pushed

Staffing problems will only get sorted when MANAGEMENT drop the “You Know Where The Door Is” attitude.
Furlough, was the best thing that happened to Airport Staff. It showed there was ANOTHER LIFE outside those Perimeter Fences.

They are making money. I have a trip booked for 6 people. One of the travellers had his flight cancelled on Thursday. £165 refund. We rebooked on the next flight. £335Cancel cheap tickets and charge loads more for the replacementClever tactics (By the way I have a decent amount invested here, so really want them to do well) I am nervous though. Oh and one of my staff spent 11 hours in Bristol Airport yesterday. Easyjet cancelled loads of lights apparently. Absolute chaos. She went home after 11 hours no holiday
