Babbler, you have to be careful what you post here, if you haven't spoken to the CEO and you are posting BS, you may want to consider taking that post down mate.

personally, the RNS makes the directors culpable if things are a financial issue as that RNS IMO does not point to one. DYOR

If this was a fraud or misstatement then there would have been an immediate suspension. It's a disclosure issue.

so Final Results released before this showed net CASH of £17m, EBITDA of £39m and £380m revenues, ahead of consensus, with solid outlook.

Market cap now £100m so after cash it sits at 2X EBITDA roughly. DYOR

What corporate governance issue could delay the signing off of the accounts that could push this towards a lower share price, other than fundamental fraud, which IMO the RNS should have intimated if so? All they have said is they can't make the deadlines so will be suspended until they can but they are planning on spending c.£20m+, that doesn't sound like a board expecting financial irregularities pushing it to zero worth as a group does it?

DYOR and all IMO, i'll watch the shares / news / boards and see whether worthwhile dipping a toe in.....

Sub 15p is coming. There was a bidder of 270K at 18.10p, looks like delayed sells later on.
