Lots of rose tinted glasses here imo. The BB seems to have lost track of reality. This is a post brexit basket case UK facing company with zero foreign income. If investors are trying to raise a glass of bubbly, I suggest you change that tipple to cherry coke or Tizer if your as old and wise as me, because you've got many many years ahead trying to swim upstream to make any measurable headway.

I suggest people re-read the future outlook in todays RNS. Still intending to commit to the investment plan ! So whatever the issue is, it isn't terminal. Get a grip !

Grant Thornton were appointed as auditors in Oct 2020. Perhaps they discovered something relating to earlier years?

Corporate governance issue? I reckon IMO a conflict of interest as no financials were mentioned so maybe contracts with a director connection? Who knows, but as others have said, if this was brought to light before summer, if there were financial implications surely they SHOULD have said something in the RNS?

It must be something to do with the internal controls I'd think. Almost certainly will impact financials but not materially would be my guess.

Such a vague announcement really doesn't help. It doesn't seem to be anything to do with the financials but it's hard to know what a corporate governance issue could be that takes so long to resolve. The market hates uncertainty so this is the outcome!!

I think were it a serious issue regarding internal fraud or something affecting the financials of the business, surely they would have been obliged to issue an RNS regarding it long before now?

I think it sounds worse than it is. They do say corporate governance investigation so hopefully an internal thing. Certainly the first I've read about it. Plus the CEO was buying shares in July !
