Indeed. Spike in the close. I am happy with another 1.6p gain per shs here. Love it when the chancers cut, when there was a massive buyer at 18p, 19p, bidding for stocks.

maybe they have realised that they haven't done a whole load of Corp gov stuff for new auditors and don't think they have time to complete it in the limited time they have and with Xmas in the way? Just maybe?! Wtf knows, but I'm happy with my purchase......management credibility may be dented, but if it isn't a financial issue, then at c.2X EV/EBITDA IMO that looks too cheap.....DYOR and let's see.

Three months they are investigating and phoning the CEO, phoning someone, all good. So why they did not do this in the RNS?

If there are shenanigans being investigated then nothing will be said unless it is clear that there is a material impact. To intimate a possible financial impact without that certainty would be just as remiss.

I think the rules are that you have to publish annual results within 6 months of year end. So it would be 2 Jan and have a happy new year.

What a muddle postponing the AGM until an unknown date in December hoping for an outcome by then. I hope punters who went to the meeting today locked the doors and demanded some truth from whomever had the guts to face the music.

Ok, following my reaching out earlier this morning, I just spoke with the company/connected representatives....and it doesn't sound like a serious financial issue and whatever the sticking point is, it has arisen very recently, which is why there was no mention in the results 8th November.

The subject of previous and new auditors was also brought up....so whether there is some query there I'm not sure.

if there was a possible material financial "hit" or "misstatement" risk, they would have to disclose it in that RNS IMO otherwise the Board will be for the high jump on mis-leading the market IMO. DYOR but that says to me it is a corporate governance issue that hits the timing of the audit.

I may be wrong, but one can only go on what the RNS actually says. Let's see if the team / IR team get the right message out there and whether this either heads towards 10p or 30p again....DYOR on all
