Posted at 28/12/2023 23:30 by this_is_me everton448 there is no stamp duty to buy DX.If you don't think that buying makes sense do you think that hanging on for the extra 0.507p that I missed out by selling is worthwhile? |

Posted at 17/11/2023 11:02 by katsy Is there a chance HIG with their 30% stake could vote against the dividend get away with only paying 47.5p for DX. Or am I talking bollx |

Posted at 16/11/2023 10:23 by katsy Glad I bought more the other day. Let's see if this drops 1p on ex dividend day. Let's see where this settles. Do I sell soon and move on or wait for sometime in Q1 for maximum returns. |
Posted at 16/11/2023 09:57 by astreix Finally offer is here. 48.5p (47.5p + 1p dividend) |
Posted at 06/11/2023 08:26 by everton448 I cannot see why the company or its shareholders would agree to the offer price being reduced by the value of any dividend declared given that the dividend would be taxed at higher rates than the capital gain. Better to have no dividend and a 48.5 pence bid |
Posted at 06/11/2023 07:24 by stemis "The final dividend will be paid on 7 December 2023 to shareholders on the register on 17 November 2023, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on 23 November 2023." |
