17/12/2021 09:20 | can suspension be avoided? | bostonborn
17/12/2021 09:19 | new date for audit completion? | bostonborn
16/12/2021 14:23 | Surprised there wasn't more of a vote against reappointment of the auditor at the AGM (although big one against approving remuneration). | stemis
15/12/2021 14:01 | When is a contract a partnership? I suspect DX and Euronics have committed to a more formal arrangement where DX already used deliver white goods for them on call, this deal looks to expand something which was already happening and roll it out on a regional basis. It shifts DX towards becoming a more sophisticated and integrated logistics business like Clipper rather than dial-up delivery, operating services in customer livery. EDIT - but it says nothing whatsoever about resolving corporate governance issues. | marktime1231
15/12/2021 13:36 | I think it shows that, whatever the corporate governance issues are with finalising the accounts, DX is continuing the job of growing and developing the business... | stemis
15/12/2021 12:35 | This is not just 'any' RNS. This is a very significant contract. | empoggio
15/12/2021 08:34 | Who cares, we should IMO be materially through 30p and each +ve RNS helps! DYOR | qs99
15/12/2021 08:14 | It's not an RNS, it's a NON-RNS. | glavey
15/12/2021 07:28 | Onwards and upwards | mjb252
15/12/2021 07:27 | Looks like an important contract win RNS today ! | molatovkid
09/12/2021 22:34 | No idea what that means... | stemis
09/12/2021 22:21 | Except I do know because I rang the CEO - actually it wasn't me , (it was a Twitter friend) but what the hell ! The Prime Minister lies day in day out | croasdalelfc
09/12/2021 12:50 | "constructive dialogue" titter! | marktime1231
09/12/2021 10:36 | Except until we know what the matter is that caused the announcement it's impossible to say whether it was poorly announced or whether they literally had no choice as to what they could say. One thing for sure is that Meidar isn't there to look after our interests; it's to look after Gatemore's...and the two 'may' not be the same. Personally I'd rather the board just got on with running the business to take it to the level where a sale in the interests of long term holders. If they do that the share price will look after itself | stemis
09/12/2021 09:31 | No - I mean in terms of future RNS releases - clearly they've shown some naivety here. If Mr. Meidar's only task is to read, review and flag what likely market reaction is to an RNS he'll be worth his weight in gold. I worked for a large corporate plc many year back and balked when I saw our investor relations guy was on £200k - as soon as I saw RNS releases he was worth every penny. | nigelpm
09/12/2021 08:26 | Well its good news in that it makes Gatemore insiders and restricts their dripping of shares into the market. As to directly affecting returns to shareholders, it's pretty irrelevant, unless they are going to try and force a premature sale of the company, in which case it's a negative... | stemis
09/12/2021 08:04 | It's all about the new auditors checking the work of the old auditors as due diligence - and those new auditors being short staffed hence taking longer than normal. No irregularities suspected or found - it's just that the new auditors have been shat on before when taking on new work. | croasdalelfc
09/12/2021 07:56 | Very hard to imagine that there is some financial irregularity given the continued positive tone of today's announcement. | everton448
09/12/2021 07:48 | excellent news. Clearly nothing to hide here. Roll on 30p plus | babbler
09/12/2021 07:33 | Great news and good to see the board accepting him. | molatovkid
09/12/2021 07:18 | Gives them better access to information and all the points I said above. | qs99
09/12/2021 07:15 | Better to have them inside peeing out than outside peeing in I guess. | nigelpm
09/12/2021 07:05 | Great so Gatemore RNS on directorship to me a massive positive and should really see these shares through 30p+ DYOR Gatemore director will be active IMO pushing for higher returns to shareholders and quicker Likewise why would he join the board if there were financial irregularities? To me this continues to point to disclosure/corp gov issues and hapless management in that regard as I have posted. Guesses I admit, but my view. DYOR and all IMO Cheers QS99 | qs99 |
