An ongoing internal financial investigation which has not been resolved for months and months and is putting the company at risk of breach of listing rules etc cannot be trivial.

If it has been a governance issue at board level and for the new auditors it cannot be trivial.

That they did not mention this before and have still not been transparent in an announcement immediately before the AGM suggests material consequences for finances and someone senior.

You can't trust DX based on what they say in public or based on which insider bought shares when, because they have not been open and transparent about the issue. They are bound to say something positive about outlook.

No wonder the share price has tanked. In these circumstances assume the worst.

Remember that in July the CEO spent around 100k on DX. shares to increase his already substantial shareholding.

He paid 32p. You can get in for under 20p.

csmwssk12hu, basic supply and demand for freight. Nobody in the market to deliver larger parcels since the volume and simplicity is in small parcels b2c, as a result the shipper has little option if thats what they make/distribute and the carrier can charge the right rate for the job. There is a huge reason the business now performs as opposed to previous management - they know what they are doing in the sector and a history of success in doing it.
