Had another little go here. Trying to stay away from this one beyond quick trades.

We've had a nice little bounce from the lows, but just keep an eye on this because the chart is flatlining, and there looks to be some buyers in size mopping up at 24.5p including a 4.1m trade.

The next break could be interesting.

IF it breaks higher from here, it could be headed toward closing that gap back to 30p. I would be happy to sell anywhere around 28p-30p.

IF it flatlines, exit with a small loss.

Interesting. Investegate doesn't have a 6th April notification. Which site are you using?

The notification I referred to above was dated 6 April, and lists the position at the 1 April 2021.

Previous notification: 24.26%
Resulting situation: 20.77%

I'm not going to go on a hunt for the missing 0.27% ! Which may anyway be due to a change in the number of shares issued and Gatemore may have exactly the same number of shares yesterday as they did on 1 April.

Why would Gatemore issue a letter like that and then try and sell in the market? Genuinely not sure that would be either right, sensible or do anything to support their arguments!

Share price continuing to trend back to over 30p it seems, IMO backing Gatemore's view up that management have just mishandled this massively.

DYOR, roll on another 20-30% from here back to where we were before the messy RNS!

Haha. Please don't refrain on my account. Although I might be a little blunt in offering my opinion, I'm quite happy to see contrary views.

It's obviously not ideal the situation but these things happen. No point ripping up a perfectly good strategy because of a stumble in the road...

Amused at the possibility that not all of what I posted earlier was rubbish.

Serious enough to have knocked 25% off the share price and put DX at risk of suspension. So serious they can't tell us nor their biggest shareholder what it is.

Since I have already divested I will refrain from further comment.

Got a feeling Menzies is going to swoop here. Gatemore objected to last merger but something is cooking. Not sure if it's Menzies again or a Private Equity buyout .

Maybe the reason the share price is so weak is Gatemore feeding stock into the market. They've sold 15% of the company is just over a year.

Totally agree Markie7 and market is sensing this. With management change, will come better value hopefully than before, and shares were nudging 35p before all this happened.

DYOR, but still reckon 30p is very possible this week IMO

unusual step to publish the letter. they are angry shareholders, believe me. they don't publish unless they think it is a last resort.

implies there has been dialogue but that has been rebuffed last week. so this situation will definitely result in corporate change of some sort - be it board change or ownership.

either way - that share price is going up.
