The RNS was clear as far as they could say - read it people. Director's didn't trash the price. Not surprised they bought. Transfer from the impatient to the patient.

Stemis you are incorrect. We do not know exactly what the corporate governance issue is. The details, its scale, and the quantum of any impact, if indeed there is any. Management will know all the details. They should not be allowed to deal in the shares.

Outrageous for directors to trash the price with such a vague RNS and then buy in the resultant market, when they know the detail of the issue behind the RNS.

A good clue that things are overdone, however - I picked up 300k just before the close.

Quite stemis - if you read the RNS you'll see the at the end that it constitutes inside information but once released it's an open and fair market.
