Agreed that last year's numbers should be 100p eps plus.. But no real idea on this current year.. Would they warn if it was weak now or wait for the July announcement.. Profit same as last year and I would be happy.. Another 150 mill on the balance sheet..

I do my own analysis and I think full year EPS out next month could easily come in above 100p. I also expect improved guidance for FY 2020 due to stronger than expected trading for this summer, with an improvement over the last month after a poor run up. Lets wait and see...

And as for those analysts, they have no skin in the game they are usually worthless. They're strictly storytellersTheir analysis is "guided", to borrow a term from the city.

Good point shaker44, there are so many undervalued top quality companies out there right now. If you're happy to buy and hold for the next 5 years, then it's like shooting fish in a barrel. DTG will no doubt be the UKs biggest holiday maker in the next 5 years and brexit will be long forgotten. BUY n hold quality is the only way to do it.

Trailing P/E currently about 11x (edited).

For sure DTG is undervalued at this level, but so are so many shares just now, and the markets seem set to drift sideways to down for a while. Rothschild famously said only liars buy at the bottom and sell at the top, so I doubt if I will succeed in spotting the bottom!
But my gut feeling is we are not there yet.

INDEED FAIR POINT.
I have 800p as a floor for these so we are pretty close to it turning.

Its been a tough year with margins shot but we are still growing and things will settle. I still think 80/100p eps in current year
