19/4/2022 13:22 | ......perhaps Mark should try offering the miners some magic beans in exchange for their land. After all, it worked with the shareholders. Obviously, they'd have to sign an NDA 🤣 | dexdringle
19/4/2022 13:13 | they must been planning: - the land swap of the miners, something balanced, not a rip off. - revising sale agreements, to allow miners on the 3% of the concession land (as per the current natural resources law) till cnr start mining, will a reprimand land on us for kicking miners too early? i believe it will be the right thing to do, but the magistrate may be forgiven given the water we are given? we shall see, no too long to wait now gla , | book5

19/4/2022 12:47 | Ortega was thirsty for gold Mark Child was growing quite old Let's chuck him in jail Refuse to grant bail And buy his shares cheap when they're sold | zangdook
19/4/2022 12:25 | "We've bought all the land" so he said The thought of it went to his head The magistrate came She said "You're insane The loony bin's saved you a bed" | zangdook
19/4/2022 12:04 | We welcomed the magistrate here The papers she served us were clear We've run out of time There won't be a mine So sorry it cost you all dear. | zangdook

19/4/2022 10:00 | 'We were pleased to welcome the Ministry of Energy and Mines and the Magistrate of the Supreme Court of Justice, Dr. Juana Méndez, when they visited the water treatment plant which supplies clean water to the Mina la India area.' | vermilion1966
19/4/2022 09:20 | good to see it is going up for some days it may continue | book5
18/4/2022 05:36 | For the big investors: Once a liar, always a liar, trust close to zero. Still not news from negotiations with the coops’ land. My guess is cnr is waiting for government to intervine. Rumours: Former land owners are arguing that under the sale contracts they have the right to keep mining till condor starts using its land, they want proof of condor arguments, words are not enough. Imho Miners have a valid point, and it seems cnr has been caught saying verbal porkies in regards when actually they will be using the totality of its land. Let’s see what documented argument wins (signed land sale/purchase contracts vs drawings / schedules of the mine). if miners win, then cnr will loose more gold for another 18 to 24 months till we start blasting rock, if in the other hand cnr wins then more miners will need to go. We should know soon what the resolution is. Question is whether the resolution will affect the past as many miners have already left condor land; question will be : do some of them have the right to come back to work in some areas of cnr concession ? In general it appears that miners have been easily misguided by cnr arguments bcs they do not have much legal support, this time may be different. Majority of this issues would have been avoided if we were already blasting rock, but delays may have other unexpected consequences Gla | book5
18/4/2022 02:22 | If he'll make full disclosure by RNS when he's able to why hasn't he done the same with the completion of the land purchases which he's mentioned in several interviews? Frankly I don't think it's worth paying much attention to anything he says in interviews any more. | zangdook
17/4/2022 21:07 | For once I have to give credit to 888 | oldiegoldie
17/4/2022 18:42 | 888 you're funny 😂 MC signs a secrecy agreement then tells everyone he's signed a secrecy agreement 🤣🤣 | dexdringle
17/4/2022 17:24 | dd If you you haven’t got a clue what you are talking about it is best to say nothing to avoid embarrassing yourself. Preliminary discussions between a major and Condor are exactly the situation where you would expect an NDA to be in place. | 888icb
17/4/2022 15:40 | How can an NDA possibly be applicable here. Surely such a thing is used to buy someones silence. As opposed to, say, contractual confidentiality which is a different thing. This gets more weird by the day ! | dexdringle
17/4/2022 14:20 | DB There is every indication from what Mark said in the interview that there is proper action but he can’t say any more than he has because of an NDA. I am sure he will make full disclosure by RNS when he is able to do so. | 888icb
17/4/2022 09:09 | Nothing against a proper potemkin copper village if it helps pushing the price up. | oldiegoldie
17/4/2022 08:29 | There needs to be some proper action not just waffle. | diggybee
17/4/2022 05:12 | The copper players were from a guy on lse who is usually pretty reliable. However the real point is that a number of nearby gold miners are looking into gold which validates what Mark is doing. It also seems highly likely that it’s Rio as they are the major who is active in Nicaragua. | 888icb
16/4/2022 17:57 | Daniel Ortega is a 'key copper player'? And the South Korean Embassy? | zangdook |
