the black horse here is the toll mining, any moment we could have a surprise, i hope we get it.
the FS should not make much difference, question is why it has been delayed?
cash must be running low, i would hate a new capital raise at a depressed price.

Yes, indeed a lot of work has been done. It does not look too bad ATM. There are three main risks: Land purchase, relations to local miners and geopolitics of course.
If I have to chose the biggest risk I would say its the relations to locals. But bullying of 888 taken aside I am actually quite optimistic.
