13/3/2022 11:51 | 888 7233 In the Proactive interview Mark makes a clear statement that CNR own 100% of the land. 7239 If CNR doesn’t have all the land... So you admit the possibility that he may be lying? If he is, IMHO he should be disqualified from holding directorships. | zangdook

12/3/2022 16:03 | Apparently the asking price has been reduced from $6000x180 to $5000x180, this is a $1000 reduction in the asking price per associate, small change for JM. Then there is the land swap component (whatever form it may take), this is key for the miners and us. Next few weeks could be good, hopefully for all the stakeholders, including miners, government, and us. Ideally calibre will also benefit. Gla | book5
12/3/2022 15:09 | 888ICB we are all providers of finance, so apparently it is a problem (see SP) | oldiegoldie
12/3/2022 12:43 | Re coop’s land Negotiations have probably started but we have not bought it yet | book5
12/3/2022 12:43 | The cooperative land is a narrow piece of land occupying a significant % of the vein. So it is very valuable for anyone and without it we can’t mine in la India. Apparently their best land stretches both sides of a ravine. For example: If the vein is say 1km long, and the coop’s land is 80m wide x400 m long, then the land of the cooperative would occupy 40% of the vein length but only have an area of 3.2 hectares. I am not saying the previous numbers are correct, but I am using them as an example to explain my point. | book5
12/3/2022 12:14 | Mark as we all know has being saying for a long time that the land is not an issue apart from with a few bulletin board posters who keep raising it. If CNR doesn’t have all the land and that is a problem then presumably it would have to be addressed in the BFS. Further if it is an issue any provider of finance would have to be satisfied it wasn’t a problem. Mark has said so many times in public forums that the land is not an issue and more recently that we have all the land so why would he issue an RNS now just to placate a few bb posters, who would no doubt find something else to moan about. We need to await the BFS and if you are genuine shareholders try to look for positives rather than negatives because it is in the interests of all shareholders that the share price and market cap is as high as possible when we are seeking finance and/or a bid. | 888icb
12/3/2022 11:53 | Zangdook, we already have the permits to construct and operate a mine. Considering it is a tiny %, I think it will be fine. We should be able to target satellite pits, we wouldn't be making a massive 1km open pit from day one. | sherwood58
12/3/2022 11:32 | I understood there were permitting issues if we did not hold all of the land. I don't think you can dig a mine and leave part of the land untouched. It's not a housing project where you can build around granny's cottage if you have to. | zangdook
12/3/2022 11:27 | He doesn't specifically say 100% though. Yes, he does say 'all the land', however he has been saying words along these lines for a while, most likely because in his mind, the land is a non-issue. IMO, I think there are still some landowners holding on. However, their land will not affect us going forwards. It will not delay the project, we have the land for the processing plant, we have enough gold on the 97-98% land that we do own. Considering our forecasts, this shouldn't impact financing of the mine. | sherwood58
12/3/2022 11:05 | 888 In the Proactive interview Mark makes a clear statement that CNR own 100% of the land. So why hasn't it been RNSed? | zangdook
12/3/2022 10:31 | Ortega is an opportunist, changes loyalties in an second to his convenience, not to be trusted Having said that he probably will panic if calibre profit goes down and with it the taxes. Options are many: May be calibre wants to buy us and Ortega helps them, or a toll deal is announced next week, or we carry on alone with not toll deal progressing to build the mine. May be the meeting was about land and nothing about calibre. It is telling the bfs does not include la mestiza, there must be a very good reason for this. There is gold in the hills, and plenty of miners too that want la mestiza or part of it. Was Ortega offering help to relocate the miners to other areas, or was he asking for a piece of la mestiza for his men to run (as in some areas to the east of cacao where ex-military charge the miners, that is ex-military land)? We should now soon. Market is currently valuing us with a big risk premium for one reason or another Gla | book5
12/3/2022 10:25 | Do you guys agree that having the President supporting the project is a big positive? In the Proactive interview Mark makes a clear statement that CNR own 100% of the land. If the President wants the gold to be produced as soon as possible to help Nicaragua’s exports perhaps he could facilitate A toll mining deal with Calibre as they aren’t producing as much as they should be at present. Next week should be interesting as the BFS gets ever closer and perhaps a toll mining deal at the same time or just before. | 888icb
12/3/2022 10:05 | Calibre: ore a la Libertad is less (that is the latest news I had around 1 month ago, I dont now current situation , probably the same ) than before. So I would imagine the gold production in Nicaragua , or at least from la Libertad, is coming down. I wonder if MC has been called by Mr Ortega to help Calibre to process more gold? It appears the bottle neck is the low haulage capacity to transport ore to la Libertad from Pavon. Government would make more taxes if the efficiency of La Libertad increases, would all earn more cash with our ore (closer to la Libertad) rather than using Pavon’s ore (which is far away from la Libertad)? | book5

12/3/2022 02:08 | How on earth do you know that | diggybee
12/3/2022 00:03 | Mark has had a 90 minute meeting with the President of Nicaragua who is very interested in and supportive of Condor’s project. That has to be a major vote of confidence and a further derisking of the project as we look to do the final financing. A very positive end to the week. | 888icb
