21/4/2022 07:01 | Relocating the village will add to further delays and dilution. Retaining MC is getting costly. | bahamasoil
21/4/2022 06:49 | An investment in CNR certainly does not fulfil ESG criteria, no matter how much of a gentleman MC appears to be. We are exploiting resources and people of a developing country with the political help of a dictator. Sometimes I am really surprised by what people are writing here... | oldiegoldie
21/4/2022 06:33 | I have no desire to exploit anyone on the ground. For me this is a small corner of my portfolio; for the local people it's their home and livelihood. I'd like CNR management to be honest with shareholders and fair to the local people. There's enough gold in the ground that they should be able to do both of those things. I suppose I was taken in by MC's calm and professional demeanour. | zangdook
21/4/2022 05:01 | We shareholders look with concern our investments going down and with it our future chances to be sitting in a 🛋 comfortably somewhere nice. Miners look to their future too and want better land for their coop’s concession, want la mestiza so that their future generations can eat after Cnr leaves. In the mid time the contract some former land owners signed says they have the right to keep mining till Cnr starts operating on that land. What the Nicaraguan boss apparently said, it is not written in the land sale contract, therefore I am not sure of it’s value, but basically he apparently said (at least to one former land owner) that Cnr will never work on some areas and therefore he could always work on those areas. However that is not happening, and instead cnr is asking more of them to leave cnr’s land. Layers of porkies everywhere, by MC , and his main man in the ground. Tough words but this is my opinion, cnr is like a wolf covered with the skin of lamb that has said big lies, and apparently is trying to talk the signed land sale contracts in its favour without providing much of evidence when the land will be used for extraction and is asking more miners to leave. This is the smallest of the two problems (in the worst case we may allow more miners to mine in cnr land for two more years) the big problem is the coop’s land. What the government will do with the coop’s land is to be seen, in my opinion they will try to support Cnr at the expensive of the miners but that would be close to theft if they do not give them la mestiza. imho investing in cnr is a gamble where the financial return will greatly depend on the government’s decision in regards how the coop’s associates must be compensated for their concession. It is telling the FS does not include La Mestiza. In my opinion we should only give away la mestiza if the villagers agree to relocate, otherwise we should sell, I know this is difficult but proceed without relocating the village will be risky and more expensive. cnr would be happy to offer a plate of lentils so the miners give away the future of their children and grandchildren. If Any of you were miners you would ask for the same land the miners are asking for. It is cnr fault for trying to extract gold where hundreds of miners were working before we arrived. We should have targeted other alternative areas for drilling years ago. Good luck for all of us, I hope all stakeholders agree very soon on the route to follow. | book5
21/4/2022 02:41 | Oldie Shall I assume you have remortgaged your home and sold your car and put all the money into Condor? Is there something I said which makes you think I tend to panic? A direct contradiction in an RNS is not optimal, you're right. You haven't explained how we had fulfilled the EP conditions in 2021 but have not yet fulfilled them in 2022. | zangdook
20/4/2022 19:15 | May be bcs he wants to buy cheaper having sold on the rise? | book5
20/4/2022 14:39 | @zangdook I think there a certain reasons for certain things, and I still trust Mark even though his communication is not optimal. Your post did not answer my question why, if you habe no trust into management, not just sell and save the rest of your money from an alleged total loss? | oldiegoldie
20/4/2022 14:18 | Is that all. Or all, all. Or all, all, all ? | dexdringle

20/4/2022 01:08 | OldieGoldie "If you do not believe a word MC says" Do you believe him when he says (more than once) that all the land has been bought? Was he telling the truth to MARENA when he told them in 2021 that the company had fulfilled the conditions for the Environmental Permit? Or was he telling the truth when he said in 2022 that "Under the terms of the EP, the Company has to purchase or have legal agreements in place for the land required for the mine site infrastructure... The Company has now purchased 98% of the land in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site area and is close to completing one of the main conditions of the EP" The conditions were fulfilled in 2021 but we're only close to fulfilling one of the main conditions in 2022? I suppose the explanation is that he sold 2% of the land after he spoke to the ministry? Yes, that must be it. He bought all the land and then quickly sold a bit again. Gold's yesterdays business it seems Now real estate's where Mark schemes He sells and he buys And he never tells lies We'll be wealthy beyond all our dreams | zangdook
20/4/2022 00:53 | If lies about land aren't enough Here comes Moaner Buz with his stuff He's filtered me out He can't see me pout But I can take smooth with the rough. | zangdook

19/4/2022 18:10 | Mark Child is somewhat abhorrent He likes to dilute with a torrent But if you're his mate The discount is great And with every share comes a warrant | snotra
19/4/2022 17:22 | All this reminds me of the old-fashioned BBC interlude music, but not many of the 'youngsters' here will be old enough to remember those times. | q2g

19/4/2022 16:12 | What is going on is that we have a lying CEO and we can't trust any information from the company, so we're keeping ourselves amused while we wait for concrete developments. But go ahead, contribute something meaningful. Or did you just log in to moan? I hope you're a young woman, or you'll have been describing yourself. | zangdook
19/4/2022 16:07 | Buzzzzzzzz, you young whipper snapper you ! You have to be in this for at least 10 years, and be down at least 50%, to earn your Condor stripes. That kind of combined time, and loss, can turn people into moany old men. This is one of those shares where optimism is inversely proportional to time served as a shareholder. It's only the limericks wot keeps us goin..... 😂 Unless you are a gloater. You're not a gloater are you ? I really don't like gloaters. EDIT: Am holding around 80,000 shares at an average well north of 50p. Bah humbug. | dexdringle
