I contacted very briefly my contacts
Cnr meeting at the village's Cancha was to introduce project to miners where cnr also spoke about the mercury.
THE PROBLEM WAS cnr did not invite anyone from the village. So if they recorded the meeting, then cnr deliberately gave a false image (one of my contacts words) as the crowd was not from the village, I have testimonies from two villagers confirming this.
MC , is part of your scope of works to create a false image (fake news)? , who are u creating these fake news for (banks? , nicaraguan goverment propaganda ?), or may be ur local team is misinforming you?
Locals are not happy about this

888 above are facts and questions, however next is expeculation, u may like it? Pls let ne know.

It seems cnr is confident to misbehave, perhaps bcs cnr has goverment support?

Lets see what they offer to the miners.

OG perhaps we should do a test?

You say something insanely, and completely unjustifiably, positive and we then see what happens...... :)

888ICB you are the one speculating the most here. I (any many more of the so-called derampers) just stick to the facts.

Edit: sorry for posting this morning, now we will finish again negative, just because of me.

The land remains an issue until it isn't. Whilst the BFS can be issued without the land, financing will be contingent upon a resolution.

There is almost no doubt whatsoever we will have a mine here, what irritates me is how the current situation is presented. With government support it is coming but I wish Condor was not so disingenuous. It serves no purpose.

The BFS will have to address all issues to enable CNR to secure a loan and clearly Mark knows that. Mark has said the land is not an issue and I expect that to mean it will not be a problem in the BFS. I suggest you just wait and see instead of pointless speculation.

888 did u suggest that to issue the fbs we will need to be 100% de-risk?

Would u agree that without having the land we will not be able to raise a loan?

Hopefully we have news soon, not a clue

From 30:50 on MC tries to explain his "Administrative assumption"

Ortega could have stamped this at his recent meeting

Is there any wonder that confidence in meeting the BFS target is still touch and go.

I like it black and white from the people at the top. If people twist the truth that is the game of the politicians and legal folk and I despise that approach. It’s condescending and means they think they are being clever and fooling people. Honesty for someone like MC is essential.

Some life in CNR this morning....I'm assuaged somewhat by our CFO jumping ship from Calibre last September and having his chunk of Options set at 48p and he must be looking for a big upside payout....IMHO

Every time I now consider a gold investment, I try and find out what significance it has on a country's exports. If large, then I'd expect the government of the day to do everything to protect this valuable asset, but if not, then the company will just paddle it's own canoe.

From my main contact: recently the Mayor (the Mayor is the local goverment representative from several villages) did not invite any local villager (from santa cruz de la india) to the village`s "cancha" to speak about the water project. He said: " again they only invited people from outside the village".
If true, the Mayor ELIMINATED any risk of public protest while he was on the meeting.
Something related (may be the same) can be seen in Mina la India's face book 18th march, may be this was reason why the share price went up last friday.
Clearly there is not such as 100% local support, for sure they want water , but also land, some locals reject condor straight away, some locals support cnr.
18th March meeting shows Government clearly supports cnr.
Stakes are high. I am concerned for local miners welfare , and how all this will end up. Imho cnr 's offer of compensation will only be some cash (same rate as other properties , ie not more expensive price than the one paid previously paid per unit of area, and not compensation for life of lost earnings ) and a very small piece of land. If this happens it will be a rip off that can be done with a corrupt goverment in third world country.
I do not have any new news regarding land negotiations , imho this means cnr is concerned and very cautious.
Goverment presence on the 18th of March water meeting suggests news should be coming very soon.
If condor would have started to exploring virgen land (where miners were not working on it) cnr whould have been mining gold for years by now.
A weak Russia at war should also prompt to goverment to intervine in cnr favour. Cnr has been very very lucky since covid started, I believe this project may actually take off soon, and goverment will probably try to support it with the best possible terms for cnr provided miners do not massively revolt.
Sad days though if miners are treated unjustly and repression falls on them.

Well I'm a shareholder and have nearly as much interest as Big Mark in this company. All of our opinions are valid i think, I would love to be a cheerleader. But I have lost a lot of faith in him, I do not think he is 100% focussed, he is not a technical guy, and he has proven to be a second rate frontman in my opinion. Deramping is such a lovely idea, but up there with the conspiracy theory of faking the moon landings maybe. Personally I would not be advising friends and family to follow me into this cul de sac of Nicaraguan despair. Anyway it would take me weeks to sell out so I am stuck, for good or for bad...and substantially underwater so obviously have buyer's remorse. I hope like all of us that it will be a 1 or 2 pound name but I have to admit I've written it off in my mind and I'm braced for it to halve again too!

Mark has said repeatedly that the land is not an issue. However a number of posters on this bb think they know more than the CEO and that there is a problem with the land. You are essentially saying he is a liar and you don’t believe him. If that is the case why would you be interested in what he said at Master Investor because you don’t believe what he says. If any of you are actually shareholders as opposed to traders deramping for their own agenda I suggest you sell as I wouldn’t invest in a company if I thought the CEO was telling lies.
The BFS is due imminently and is far more important than the deramping nonsense that is all too common on this bb.

Mark has said for a while the land is not an issue. He has also said the remaining land will not 'delay' the project. So that means one of 2 things. Either, we will buy the remaining land soon or that we don't need 100% of the land to get the financing in place. I know some posters think we need 100% to get finance, however I don't. As long as whoever provides the debt have the guarantee that we can pay them back with what we already have, then I think it will be fine. We could mine mestiza first and pretty much pay off all the debt with just that, let alone the starter pits we have access to on the main la India vein.

I am on holiday in spain and my uk mobile's battery is not charged , I cant grt a plug coupler any time soon as I am a bit isolated in a farm house isolated for humanity, so I cant reach my contacts till the 27th evening time.

We have the land to build the plant, but we can't get a credit to buy the rest of the plant or build the mine without having the richest piece of land which is in the hands of the miners. Therefore he is not telling the full truth.
