29/3/2022 09:02 | When is the AGM. | ![]() buzzzzzzzz
29/3/2022 08:46 | These mining guys can kid the private investor forever in all sorts of diverse ways, meanwhile continuing to draw their large salaries etc., and of course don't want to kill this particular fictitious golden goose. The word 'gold' seems to make people lose their sanity. This is the equivalent of groundhog day, and the idiots in this case are all of us. | ![]() corrientes
29/3/2022 08:39 | if the 2% of the mestiza is bcs we are increasing the pit size then they have a valid excuse. previously Mark said we own all land at la mestiza the only thing that prevents me trading this (selling now, buy cheaper later) is the possibility of a toll mining agreement. question i have for Mark is? Do we have land issues at la mestiza that prevent a toll mining deal, please be honest, telling me that we need two to tango (calibre) when in fact there may be other fundamental problems is not honest enough thank you | ![]() book5
29/3/2022 08:29 | I am switching my view from Mark being disingenuous to simply being dishonest. book5, I agree, the land is an issue until it isn't, no number of idiot posters with positive spin can change that. Does make me think about the old mining adage......a serial liar stood over a hole in the ground indeed. | ![]() sir andrew ffoulkes
29/3/2022 08:20 | If he's been telling porkies to Ortega he'll be ensuring himself something worse than that. | zangdook
29/3/2022 08:19 | 888 you complain of these deramping folk. If anybody is a deramper it is your messiah Mark. He never delivers. All he has to do is manage expectations really, under promise and over deliver. That's just basic behaviour. Instead he does the reverse with unerring consistency! Maybe he is just ensuring nice cheap placements to himself and BIg friendly Jimbo? | ![]() diggybee
29/3/2022 08:09 | Why would a financier engage with this man if his word cannot be trusted? | ![]() bahamasoil
29/3/2022 08:06 | Care to give us your view on what he meant when he claimed the company had bought all the land, and why he appears to have told the ministry the same thing? | zangdook
29/3/2022 08:04 | This delay to the BFS is clearly disappointing and it will be interesting to see whatMark has to say in the interviews that will now occur. Mark was talking about the BFS being due at the end of March earlier this month. Hopefully this just means a short delay rather than a further 3 months. If the issue is just the land there is no reason why financing talks cannot continue subject to the outstanding item being settled. | ![]() 888icb
29/3/2022 07:57 | 2m quid in the bank. Next dilutive raise coming at 20p? | ![]() diggybee
29/3/2022 07:54 | "During 2021 the Company informed the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources ("MARENA") that it had commenced construction and fulfilled the conditions of an Environmental Permit granted for the development, construction, and operation of an open pit mine, a 2,800 tpd or 1.0 Mt per annum CIP processing plant and associated infrastructure at the La India Project, Nicaragua (the "EP")." "Under the terms of the EP, the Company has to purchase or have legal agreements in place for the land required for the mine site infrastructure. Offers have been made to all land owners. The Company has now purchased 98% of the land in and around the permitted La India open pit mine site area and is close to completing one of the main conditions of the EP and significantly de-risking the Project." So it's not just us he's lying to in his video interviews; he's lying to MARENA too. | zangdook

29/3/2022 07:14 | RNS FS has been delayed: A FS Study is due in the first half of 2022, the Project is fully permitted for construction and extraction with a target of 100,000 oz gold p.a. in stage 1. A new SAG Mill has been purchased and is in a warehouse in Managua. The Project economics are robust with low AISC, a high IRR and a payback period of 12 months. I wonder what is the reason for the delay, may be the land? in regards the land today rns says: 98% La India's land has been bought what is new is: 98% of La Mestiza land has been bought, so a 2% of land is missing at the Mestiza, this is new for me It is not very clear if we own all land of the America Pit?? it is probably we will need more funds soon unless we start toll mining , price of capital raise may depend on whether or not we have bought the rest of the land by that date, and have issued FS no very promising for today price action i hope to be wrong, but it seems there will be opportunities to add shares in the future at competitive prices, only thing against this is a possible toll mining agreement gla | ![]() book5
29/3/2022 00:31 | But yes, what fool would wait until the very last day. Just get it out, if it is finished. If not, watch the price down to the Low 20s. | ![]() diggybee
29/3/2022 00:30 | Pretty abject, even for mark if he does not. | ![]() diggybee
28/3/2022 17:00 | I find it hard to believe that he’d deliberately not release the BFS until the very last day of his promised period. That would make no sense whatsoever, so either they’re scurrying around trying to get it altogether at the last moment or it’s ready. If the latter no point awaiting the 31st. However, I’m well used to Mark setting self imposed timeframes and not delivering so I’d not be at all surprised for this one to go by without any action. I would anticipate a very volatile share price (to the downside) if he fails on this most important of promises. It is grossly naive to think otherwise. | ![]() sir andrew ffoulkes
28/3/2022 13:34 | It is crucial that MC releases the BFA as promised by the end of this month. A missed deadline would be badly received by the market and shareholders. | ![]() quark3
28/3/2022 13:30 | 3 days more to the end of march i hope the BFA is received by the market as promised by the end of this month No news from the cooperative land negotiations which imho are crucial for our financial wellbeing | ![]() book5
