No trading update but clear dissent with institutional investors re pay and director roles - not surprising frankly. The share price performance is dire for what they get paid etc - all aligned with Elliott's now involvement - change is needed

Looks like Bank of America was acting for Elliott. The RNS show a disinvestment by BOA and a similar investment by Elliott. They have about 7% which is not enough to force change.
