14/7/2020 14:26 | Hi Fernagx Agreed that the leverage is weighing on the price at the moment. I've generally steered clear of levered companies recently but took the plunge with CLIN given that there seems to be a working cap unwind next year(counteracting the working cap increase this year) which will reduce it a bit, along with natural cash generation and which should more than offset the consideration due in the next 12 months. At that point, I'd see it re-rating to the previous multiple levels which I referred to above ADam | adamb1978
14/7/2020 12:24 | I do think that 11% is a bit of an overreaction. Covid-19 should have already been built into the share price and the Directors have been clear on the trading conditions expected that lie ahead. It will be better to wait until we get full results. If things continue as they are and Covid 19 eases somewhat I expect a return to £8/share. They really need to focus on reducing their debt. Gearing is high. | fernagx
14/7/2020 11:07 | Hi Ali47fish My post above was before markets opened. Agree that 11% down isnt great but again re-reading the TS there isnt much negative in there, aside from FY21 growth at the lower end of their medium term range. Perhaps people are concerned that that lower growth persists beyond this year, or is actually than 5%, though I think this is priced low at sub 10x FY21 earnings now and in particular compared to the historical 15x-20x range Adam | adamb1978
14/7/2020 10:27 | if it's solid you wouldn't expect the share price to go down by 11pc as i write- when i read it this morning i thought it was fair with some caveats | ali47fish
14/7/2020 09:29 | which parts didnt you like? | adamb1978
14/7/2020 08:23 | Really? Anything but solid... | robertball
14/7/2020 07:52 | Solid trading statement this morning which underpins the investment case in my view. Decent top-line and profit growth and re-iterating their intention to take leverage down over the next 12-18 months via organic means. Still believe that these are very cheap. Historically they've traded on a 15x-20x PE and based on EPS in 65p-70 range today growing to the 90s over 2-3 years, I dont think its unreasonable to expect the share price to be able to get to the £15 area in that time-frame. Very happy continuing to hold | adamb1978
23/6/2020 16:55 | ok, it's just media speculation...and a HIGHLY misleading message from YouInvest!! There's an article on practive investors hxxps:// www.proactiveinvesto companies/news/92189 clinigen-circled-by- | adamb1978
23/6/2020 16:53 | From youinvest: Clinigen Group Plc has announced that it has received details of a possible takeover offer from Advent International Corp. If the offer becomes official, it is expected that you will be given the choice to sell your shares to the new company with no dealing charges. Further information will be released upon receipt. But there's no RNS that I can see? | adamb1978
22/6/2020 21:17 | Hi all, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a Twin Petes Investing Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion covers CLIN which I hold myself and see as still undervalued. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and as always a fair bit of general Portfolio Management educational stuff. Anyway, if you use Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want TPI Podcast 25) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below. I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, Cheers, WD @wheeliedealer | thewheeliedealer

13/5/2020 09:31 | It doesnt feel much different to other similarly sized companies to me in the current environment. I'm expecting the July year end TU to be quite positive for the share price | adamb1978
13/5/2020 09:25 | ...feels like a bit of both Nocton...a holding RNS might guide us if and when it comes. | marvelman
13/5/2020 08:44 | Does anyone know why this share bounces up and down like a yo-yo? Is it being day-traded heavily or is someone dumping shares every time there is a large rise? | nocton
12/5/2020 12:26 | Then again! | discodave4
11/5/2020 22:20 | Sod's law! | discodave4

20/4/2020 21:33 | Hi all, My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a Twin Petes Investing Podcast a few days ago and part of our discussion covers CLIN which I hold. 02/4/2020 16:28 | Cash generative and facilities don't need to be renewed for 3+ years. Their balance sheet isnt a problem at all | adamb1978
02/4/2020 15:25 | They are cash generative so can easily take down the size of the debt should they choose to do so. | fernagx
02/4/2020 15:17 | Way too much debt for the size of company. Problems. | porsche1945 |
