Stuart Bromley is a con man who preys on the weak and vulnerable. He is just used to claiming big valuations and high share prices. He claims he can make billions but he himself has made a hash out of all the companies he has create. The "hash" is intentional as it covers up his embezzling money out of these companies. This is the man who conned the Australian Boy Scouts out of $200,000 and got convicted for the offence. Do you think he cares who he can con next?

Well it's coming up for the 4th anniversary of CIC Capital's (since renamed CIC Fund) delisting from AIM. That's a long time for shareholders! Still no light at the end of a long, very dark, tunnel.

PS. That's non news, lith hetero. It's also old news. A company name change from Nov 2014 and a change of auditor (one left in 2016).

Total Current Assets (including just £6,282 in cash!) = £3.61m (almost entirely made up of loans to CIC Capital & CIC Gold)

Total Current liabilities = £1.79m (made up of a short term loan = £481k + trade and other payables

Total Current Assets - Total Current liabilities = £1.81m

Not something to get excited about.

Wrong company Sparty. The CICC bb refers to the formerly quoted Canadian Company that has not file accounts since the half year 2013.

Just to help your memory I have attached the formal notice in 2014 of the company's suspension. Stuart Bromley was going to refloat on the main market and had employed VSA to help with the listing........

CIC Capital Fund Limited ("CIC Fund") is pleased to advise the following:
Public Listing of B Class Shares
A listing of Special Series B Class Shares Non Voting ("B Class Shares") on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange with a duel listing on the London Stock Exchange Specialist Fund Segment.

The B Class Share public fund has been established to raise capital by the issue of 180 Million non-voting B Class Shares at EURO �1.20 per share. CIC Fund will direct the proceeds to providing Convertible Loans to highly prospective companies that will be publicly tradable as detailed in press release detailed 11 June 2017.

Share holders may convert their current common shares to B Class shares with a 20% discount of expected listing price and should contact CIC Fund on a urgent basis to obtain further information.

Shareholders in the conversion to B Class Shares will have the option to at any time convert back to common shares
and have adjustment clauses on any fluctuations in share trading price to ensure conversion risks are removed and to maximize shareholder returns

Stuart J. Bromley, a Director of CIC Fund has elected to convert 60 million common shares to 3.6 million B Class shares and voluntarily negated the 20% discount (no self dealing) in favor of common shareholder interests.

CIC Fund will announce on Thursday December 7, 2017 a public listing of its convertible unsecured loan stock ("CULS") in January 2017, which will also allow common shareholder participation and the ability to also trade their shares.

CIC Fund Loan Facility 1 £1,725,000

Loan drawn down: £1,725,000 (100% drawn down)

The Company received 28,750,000 common shares and warrants to settle the outstanding loan, which the Company distributed in full the shares received as a dividend in specie to the Company's shareholders. CIC Fund director Stuart J. Bromley as significant shareholder of the Company voluntarily excluded himself from the dividend in favor of the common shareholders.

The Company is in the process of a listing on the regulated Frankfurt Stock Exchange expected to be completed no later than August 2017. The Company following the listing will also seek a listing on the Main Board London Stock Exchange. The listing in Europe will be with the Gobi Minerals Group LLP acquisition previously announced by the company.

The shift to focus public listing market activity to specific exchanges and home states has been made independently by the boards of CIC Capital and CIC Gold as well as ourselves due to the uncertainty in the operating environments medium term in certain countries.
