The company has £375k in cash but in the first year will spend £300k on fees ... what about all the other expenses? They will have to do a rights issue or placing. My prediction is 0.1p on the morning of listing. Wish I was wrong!!!!!

Read to the end of the admission document and you will get a shock!!!
4 directors will be paid £24000 a year = £96000
1 director will be paid £150000 a year
VSA will be paid £40000 a year and another £80000 on admission plus £30000 a year
WOW in the first year ... £300000 in fees in year 1!!!
They will have to raise case immediately if all those people are to be paid.

IN addition a whole bunch of shares are going to be issues to a whole bunch of people ... I couldn't be bother to try and understand how many!!!

As I needed clarification on Mr Bromley's role in the forth coming listings and his present position on current company’s including CIC Gold and CIC Capital.

I asked him the following question.

Which listed companies will you be a Director of and if not why not. ?

His reply was as follows:-

 I am Director of CIC Fund, CEO of CIC Capital. I will not be a Director of every listed company or an officer. 

My influence would be too great and in fact is not it the companies and share holders interest in the medium and long term. 
The Boards are made up of highly capable Directors in key ares and whom I have known for many years.

Personally I couldn't care less about CICG, but Aymesco1 I find fascinating. He's amazing! How can anyone be so deluded? How can anyone be so gullible? Presumably a combination of greed and desperation has turned his brain. How can anyone seriously believe that a cash shell (with not that much cash) and 100m shares in issue will be worth £50m after it lists?

Seriously I hope CICG lists so that he can see how stupid his 50p share price prediction really is.

gtfc1. You show me where I have stated that a CICC company will never list. If you can't "will you accept being wrong"?

What I have said about CICG listing is I'll believe it when I see it happen.

PS. Last year, when CICC was de-listed, I predicted that it would not list again on the LSE in 2014 (I re-iterated that prediction for 2015), but did suggest it could well list on a less regulated exchange, such as GXG (where USOP is listed). Just my thoughts. I can't predict the future. I have no crystal ball.

No Balance Sheet (opening balance sheet), no prospectus, no address for the office that was fitted out by April, no land line number, no reports on what the company has been doing - surely they are not waiting for the listing before they start operations because they are not raising any cash (or are they?)

Every step if it changes you will change your challenge but claim you never said it.

If a cic company does list, will you accept being wrong?

Paps, looks like Lolster is the SB conduit for news this time. I assume both last week's and this week's news has been sanctioned, or Lolster has been sectioned! As ever with this s of s you have to wait for the 'news', even then you never know what is for real and what is not.

You would have thought that if they had an office they would publicise it. I wonder if they are using a Regus 'virtual' office. They advertise offices in Mayfair.
