IPO Thinking. CICGold is a single company which for listing has a designated price of 60pps.

The listing price of 60p had to be set at IFRS valuation at the time it was pre IPO'd

Because of growing wealth within the asset base, created by production growth allied to its policy of finding and adding bolt on assets to ensure future production growth the IPO price of 60p will have to be revalued.

The best estimate for IPO I can come up with is around £1.00/£1.20 on what my perception of the currant situation is.That price allows for plenty of growth in an IPO share price as its still below what is its real value.

No doubt that can be argued with but look at the double asset value,alluvial/hard rock, look at the stated policy of acquisition and expansion, bolt on assets look at the extra equipment that has gone in to CICG.Its policy is gold and nothing but gold.

CICG would not be selling gold on daily price contracts but on forward priced contracts so the short term fluctuations in the price of gold do not affect production or income.

Looks like the Chief AM on LSE has had his brief and it will be a placing after the necessary special resolution in September. Begs the question why CICG did not raise money when it was floated.

Diddy - think they have been a manufacturer of 'waffle irons', as all Stewpot can do is produce more & more 'waffles'?!!!!!!!
A few months ago, he offered me £12k for my shares that cost £5k but then WELCHED on the deal, after first stating that it did not matter if i had sold my CICG shares & then saying that it was only available if i had them to transfer!!!!!!
Might have known that the ravager of Boy Scouts would think nothing of WELCHING on a done deal!!!! POOR SHOW STEWPOT!!! NEVER FORGET YOU ARE WELCH!!!! lol

The Asylum Members need to get their wallets out and start buying to support the price. Volumes are dire. As ever nothing that cannot be sorted - I thought that Stuie had valued this dog at 6p.

I see that the Asylum Members still have no truck for any voice other than those that support the party line. It is good to see some diverse thought on the thread but Condorman will quickly realise that it is a waste of time. Dr TD

Paps, 'CICC' is the only company that can make mega millions not trading if you were to believe the Asylum members!

Thanks for your concern, however your thoughts do not concern me and the fact that you have now repeated yourself on the "agenda" issue only confirms that which I have suspected for a long time. That is that you and your cronies are a bunch of lying toe rags.LOL.

Oh really?Repetitive posts on questioning the availability of the accounts of a delisted company which at some time may re-list,doesn't strike you as being odd,or in your case obtuse?Your one anal piece of work, and no mistaking it.LOL.

slowfast, you are probably better off reinforcing your prejudices on the Asylum thread. Accounts and trading statements are tiresome for companies; however it is a relief to know that it was non-sino Chinese that died. Keep laughing eh!

You could not make it up. 1.4 Bn Chinese and AM Konar A posts this on LSE. Perhaps Konar A should add 'and we do not give a f..k about anyone else in China'

Shocking news.

I hope everyone associated with Sino Reserves is ok.

The cuckoo is at it again. AM Leapfrog on the LSE asylum board posts in his '58p post' the following:

'SB was involved at the start and at the finish.'

Leapfrog, this fantastic $151m deal that SB was involved in at the start and the finish, could you point to who benfitted? From the accumulated losses in CICC which SB has orally referred to, it does not appear to be CICC shareholders. If it is not CICC shareholders then why bother posting?

Paps, would that be 58p without a single trading statement! Money is easy to come by these days.

It looks as if CICG are going to be able to raise 2 point something pence per share issuing 10m shares - or £2m. Put a bit of dodgy gearing in leaves 'Stuie' with not a lot. I still do not understand this business model(nor the current valuations for that matter).

"For some reason I am unable to explain (could be wishful thinking or be loads of dots joining up) I have the figure of 58p in my head"

LOL. LOL. sence2 (alias leapfrog) has excelled himself again. The bloke is completely off his trolley!!
