ALocation of shares Today 13:15 rough estimate
14000 shares you hold will receive 1000 new in Cicc brancepeth coal
30000 shares you hold will receive 1000 new in Cicc Fuels

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So holders will receive shares to the value of around 7% of their original CICC holding in the Coal company and shares to the value of around 3.3% of their original holding in the so called Fuel company.

Be interesting to see the price they are floated at.

PS. Perhaps the holding company should think about investing in a paper manufacturer seeing they could soon be running out of paper to distribute!! Only joking! LOL.

phil, the wishful thinkers on the asylum bb seem to be under the false impression they are receiving free shares in CICG, CIC Fuels and CIC Coal, but they are in fact receiving shares that they ALREADY OWNED via their shareholding in the Group holding company (the one registered in the Seychelles). Hence the NAV of the holding company has been reduced by an amount equal to the distributed so called "free" shares.

Are, the cult of the TOXIC STEW are coming out with all the lame excuses for their bad investment decisions?!!!!!!!!!
About time we had another 'fairy tale' from TOXIC STEW!!! At least if you bought a VW, it drives exactly the same as before the revelations came out. With TOXIC STEW, all you get is failed promises, losses, threats & he always fails to deliver!!!!!!

GENISES. The CICG dividend was worth £900 at the FLOTATION price of 6p. What's it worth now with the share price at under 2p?

Hope you sold when the price was higher.

If you didn't sell, your £7000 CICC investment is currently worth under £300. Not a good return after 18 months!!

Waste paper.
Last lot gave me a £900 dividend.
What company gives you a 12% return on an investment of £7,000 with several more companies coming to market.
Once the next couple come to market the dividend payment will be of interest to lots of investors who are looking for good return.

The news of China and UK being open for business on investments by China is interesting.

"Perhaps they should get D Horgan on board and he could drop in the line about honest failure. Mixy, house prices in Syria are quite cheap!"

No use crying over spilt blood, be it on the A66 or elsewhere.

No, BB, share_shark is not mclellan.

mcliar smashed her car head-on into A66 traffic on 16/6 at 1650.

s_s posted twice after that, on 1/7:

Paps spot on re cash. With their much trumpeted Mayfair head office that was due to be refurbished around April (they have just forgotten to tell everyone where to find it!) and the pricey Chief Executive, you would have thought that the cash burn would be quite high.

Then you ask 'what assets do they have to start their business activities?' None at the moment is the answer. I just hope that the financial crisis in China has not got in the way of this one.

Perhaps they should get D Horgan on board and he could drop in the line about honest failure.

Mixy, house prices in Syria are quite cheap!

Hopefully my memory is slightly better than AM Sense 2 or Leapfrog. If it is, Stuie was warming the AM dupes up to the fact that CICC was going to demonstrate accumulated losses that must be proximate to the value of the shares and share premium account (and similar). The risk here is that CICC is going to have to be very careful about the transfer of assets to another statutory entity, in case there is a risk that it can be attacked at a later date as a transfer at an undervalue.

There has been the occasional chatter in the assylum about these 'assets' and transfers into CICG. Not so easy if CICC is close to insolvency. A set of accounts would help set the record straight, and a decent rights issue or placing to make good the losses would be even better.

A bit of transparency would help!

CICG has £1,009,950 of cash PLUS trade & other receivables of £111,000 MINUS trade & other payables of £304,663 MINUS due to other parties of £91,365 at the 30th June.

That leaves CICG with NET cash of £724,922 after it's bills are paid. That was at the 30th June.

Current CICG Mkt Cap is £2.04. Most cash shells trade at a discount to their NET cash. CICG trades at a substantial premium. Does it warrant such a premium bearing in mind the past dismal listed record of CICR/CICC?

PS. Miracles can happen. After all if ATC can finally turn in a profit after years of failure and broken promises then I presume anything is possible!! LOL.

At least she was (presumably) still optimistic about CICG, CICS, CIC Capital Fund, etc, when she died, Brian. At least she wont suffer disappointment like the other fantasists, leapfrog/sence2, Aymesco1, bottomsup/GENISES, sage, etc, posting on the lse asylum CICG/CICC bb's.
