More inter related company transactions. Selling an asset to one related company (CICG), then money going back to CICC - the company that lent it in the first place. Nice carousel to fool the gullible - pretending to create wealth when it's just one big merry go round.

PERTHMATE - its a bit like the hokey-kokey - you put one asset in, you take another asset out, you shake them all around & you see what all falls out (that being that there was nothing there in the first place)!!!

Well CIC Golds lists. You have CIC Capital delist off AIM. Then Bromley makes his classic move, splits the company CIC Fund on one side providing capital and then CIC Services on the other side conducting services for listings. Their first baby is CIC Gold. What a move. So CIC Capital will be next and I bet you he got something planned for CIC Fund. What he is doing is creating incredible wealth not only for himself but for the original shareholders. Can you imagine how powerful that structure will be all on a Main Board. If you go through the years of press releases I bet he has a lots of assets for CIC Gold and the other companies being listed.

A pig called WRN flew to a Mkt Cap of around £40m last year, gtfc1, on unfounded hype and speculation so there is hope for CICG spreading it's wings. PI's can be very irrational when their bullish greed kicks in.

No there aren't any rules. But in fact when cic suggested moving to a main market listing people critised and said they are moving to a less regulated listing.

I get the feeling there is no listing, no exchange, no method, no company that seems to suit everyone's perfect requirements.

So now if more than 1 pence on the first day pigs might fly.

You quote above about facts. All everyone is doing on both boards is highlighting RNS and their known facts, interpretating in their way and publishing.

Unfortunately, unvrkw and the rest of the believers are not interested in the facts since they are living the dream. If they don't like the facts they just ignore them, stick their heads in the sand and continue living their fantasy.

gtfc1. How can he have an open T trade on CICG? It's never been listed. You can't have a T trade on an unlisted company.

Lets see what happens when CICG lists on the 23rd. If the share price closes on the first day of trading at over 1p I'll believe pigs can fly.

I have no idea whether conforman has a T trade, no one does bar him and anyone that's been told.

These boards are just full of one suggestion to another based on what you believe from interpretation.

Let's wait till it lists and find out, no guessing, no assumptions, no coping and pasting. Why don't we just wait.

Interesting how now the comment is on what's in the docs, of course nothing about the fact they exist. Do you really believe the whole doc has been written with the intention of not trying to list a gold business the same as hundreds of ipo each year?

How can "TheCondorMan" have a T trade pending on CICG, Aymesco1/gtfc1? It's never been listed before.
