you can tell how thick bottomsup is by the fact he is unable to differentiate a 'resource' from 'reserves'.

Rise Sun 22:19 From what I understand the majors around it would offer CIC between £600-£800mill undeveloped CIC know it could be worth a lot more they will develope it then sell!

You are right, TD. That 30% saving related to a trial at a Japanese concrete pipe manufacturer (so far the ONLY reported trial for "Perfect Oil"!!). It was a special case and as CICF stated that their target market was mine side diesel generators pretty irrelevant. I can understand CICF's target market being mine generators because that is a very big market, unlike that of concrete pipe manufacturers!

Even that 30% saving at the concrete pipe manufacturer would be a far, far, lower percentage now, perhaps even non existent, now that Brent crude price is under US$50 per bbl. leapfrog/sence2 obviously can't grasp simple mathematics!!

You are right to say there has been "no independent scientific review of the fuel patent and its effectiveness". There were just a few basic laboratory tests done on the fuel in Japan.

Seeing that CICF's stated aim is to float as an off the shelf cash shell then it appears it has no interest in perfect oil. The dismal share price performance of QFI over the last 12 months shows that these "alternative" water containing fuels are suffering as the PoO has halved.

In the last post I should of course have pointed out that there has been no independent scientific review of the fuel patent and its effectiveness, should CICF have an interest in the IP.

Funny old world!

If memory serves me the 30% figure related to a non-core activity that cannot and will not be applicable to the principle use of the fuel technology. It is also not clear whether CICF have any right to this technology as word has it that it is another 'shelf' company.

CICG has been a great success so far since it listed less than 2 months ago. LOL. Floated at 6p it's now 2p!!

GENISES/bottomsup said he had received "free" CICG shares worth around £900. Let's hope he sold them some time ago because those self same shares are now worth a lot, lot, less and could be heading still lower as most cash shells trade below their cash "value". I hold FAST shares and despite the recent investor excitement generated by their (correct) decision to exit the dismal O&G sector and turn to the currently "hotter" biopharma sector they are still trading at a discount to their cash "value".

Seeing that CICG's current cash value is less than 1p per share it can surely only be a matter of time before the CICG share price is sub 1p

Well said Paps, some of them do not have a clue. They think that all you have to do is start up more and more shelf companies and you create wealth. No you don't, you have to trade. The trouble with CICC is that you rarely see a trading statement or a set of accounts. That should beg one or two relevant questions unless you are paid up member of the Asylum BB on LSE.

"The best things happen to those that wait". No doubt AFR shareholders thought the same last year when the share price was circa 150p. LOL.
