21st - I would advise that you contact the company and ask if any of the loan has been taken. If not, then your assumptions are incorrect.

The lasttime I asked, the company had not taken the loan and had cash in the bank.

Why not get on the phone and ask the directors, rather than guess?

Well it appears the company still won't update us on the financial position.

I calculate they must be out of cash by now. Therefore a share consolodation, followed by a huge dilutive placement seems likely, as they can't issue shares below nominal value of 3p - but they would need to raise a lot, so existing shareholders may be left with the best part of nothing.

Of course, the directors could always place the company into administration if the business is not viable.

I hear pre-arranged administration is popular these days.

Then I suggest you invest and FOLLOW blue chip companies.

Think about it.

That's the last response you will get from me.

Yep, chart is starting to look very bullish.

Based on recent developments this has to be THE most undervalued share around, surely this is only the beginning...

About time Neil topped up again too...

I fully understand 21s bearish posts. Dog of a share. We are all sticking around for the equivalent of a lottery win.

FWIW, on Selftrade at the moment, offering just 25,000 at 1.25 but will take 1,000,000 off you at 1p.

Yes, 21st, we know - demand has been strong since the lows of 0.3p back in November last year. The price has risen by more than 3-fold since that low, which is excellent progress

I still wonder if we will get the ofcom ruling soon. That thought is nothing to do with the strength in the share price over the past 5 months, by the way.

Pay attention zangdook - your powers of observation are poor or non-existant.

I was being impersonated - the matter has been dealt with. I suspect you may not be hearing from LDMachin again, although I could be wrong. Perhaps LDM might confirm he is still with us?

Hope this helps.............an apology would be nice though.

Personally, I would like to see disposals of the Cellcast Asia business and the sumo business and get more cash in the bank, then retain what I hope is a simple, understandable (and profitable) UK adult business.

I think the way the UK adult business has grown, it could could be attractive to one of the massive US-based adult businesses wanting to get a hold on some UK assets.

Even just getting £2m for sumo and Cellcast Asia plus £4m for the UK adult business would see the company valued at 8p. Although, you would hope for more if ofcom rule in favour of the business and the company continues to get bandwidth on freeview...

Good to see the progress being made LDM.

Meanwhile, this ofcom decision is now nearly a year overdue...

I wonder how much the UK adult business should worth if ofcom rules favorably?

Following on from LDM research.

Found this comment in a forum :

Cellcast now has one of the most bullish charts around and over the
next week I fully expect both Cellcast and Shanta Gold to be up at least 30%.
