Hey LDM - that's ok really - I've always suspected you suffer from mental health issues - I think your constant rants at me helps fill the void in your empty life. It must be difficult for you.

Anyway - back on topic - I found this great post on another thread. What do you think? Don't look good, does it?

You must alll be mad to invest in a company that has Mike Neville on the board. Look at the WTV, MNT, FLX and Crucial Plan threads and see what the investors there think of Mike Neville.

Watch out particularly for disposals of subsidiary companies to anonymous "high profile investors" as happened at WTV when Mike Neville was there. WTV has now delisted from AIM and investors are unable to sell their shares.

MNT shares have been suspended following massive transfers of resources out of the company and numerous breaches of Stock Exchange regulations. Both WTV and MNT shareholders have started Action Groups. MNT investors have already referred their complaints to the Serious Fraud Office and WTV investors will soon refer their case to the SFO.

Bust in my opinion.

I reckon they need cash, hence the big delay in updating the numpty shareholders.

Chart looks like it's flatlined, then died.

I wonder if this will be placed into administration, then the useful bits sold off to mystery third parties???

Well with the rise of Jarvis and MMS today, its been a pleasant wait for me. The Cellcast success when it does, should by then hopefully be a bonus to me :)

LD, despite the lack of movement, the chart is in theory bullish. We just need some news.

We have waited this long. A few more months won't kill us. Bust or boom if ever i saw it.

Time for some more detective work:

1. The recent announcement from cellcast:

"The Directors of Cellcast plc ("the Company") have noted the recent increase in the Company's share price and confirm that the Company has entered into a conditional agreement which would result in an increase in the broadcasting airtime available to the Cellcast Group."



2. So what is this increased airtime...? Well, there are signs that it was the Channel Five/Partyland TV deal. Well, maybe it to do with this? Or, even better, is at as well as it:

From the Ideal Shopping Direct PLC results released today:

"In order to maximise profit, some overnight airtime is sold to third parties. During 2008, overnight Freeview airtime was sold to Smart TV Broadcasting but this arrangement ended in November 2008. A new contract with Game Network BV has been agreed to replace the Smart TV contract and this should begin in May 2009."



3. And Game Network BV are:

"Game Network was a European online game and television network company. It was initially owned by Digital Bros. group, but was later sold to Cellcast."

So, it looks like Cellcast have got more Freeview airtime, which i know they were trying to get.

Once again, looks like all good progress. It's about time management gave us an update, without them being forced to give one because the shareprice doubles in a few days.

I have a different take on the reasoning why there has been no trading update or results published.

In my opinion, it is much more likely to be related to ofcom, with Cellcast not wanting to rock the boat before any announcement they make...

Time will tell, I guess

if cellcast were anywhere near making a sustainable, month by month profit, don't you think you would have heard about it by now?

no update on trading for july onwards

they are in my view rasing funds via a shareholder shafting consolodation, then huge placement.

Loverly 100K buy today for 1p. For months, the selling volume has always been less than the buying volume. I am just happy to just hold and hold, since I do not need any money, so if Cellcast make 1m profit, then I will wait for 10p plus, instead of taking profit for around 4p per share.
