09/4/2009 20:28 | I would say that the "new refurbished studios" are one of the "certain conditions" that need to be met by Cellcast for the Channel 5 deal. | recto verso
07/4/2009 18:29 | All good publicity! Courtesy of the Beeb! | ldmachin

07/4/2009 10:23 | I don't think this will go under yet, just consolodation followed by huge discounted dilution. I expect they will also promise something like "cashflow positve Q4"......these sorts of companies are all the same. All mouth & no trousers. | 21st century media company
06/4/2009 15:39 | True RV, share price on its knees, but somehow company keeps going. If they deliver a profit of any variety, the share price will go ballistic. | ![]() topgunns
06/4/2009 14:58 | Ok, point taken lol. In defence of HB, I think they can only go on what management tells them and YOO management were very good at adding a little "silver-lining" to their products. Did Sinclair ever give a realistic "outlook" statement ? However, i was thinking more in line with the description of the company, they usually give a good review of the business, even if, as you say, the price target may sometimes be a bit wayward ; although i dont think any broken gets it right all the time ? RV | recto verso
06/4/2009 12:38 | Hopefully HB will release a research note in the coming months, usually free on their website, good way to update shareholders without an official announcement. | recto verso
06/4/2009 12:10 | fair enough but anyone can see what it happening here the 'certain conditions' statement, which have not yet been met and now the appointment of the dilution boys, Hoodless B. the jigsaw is coming together and finally we can the the true picture | 21st century media company
06/4/2009 12:05 | Erm, HB used to be their broker in the past. Check it out. | ![]() topgunns
06/4/2009 10:24 | I see Mr liar and fraud is trying his best again, obviously didn't learn his lesson when he was trying to deramp this when the bid was 0.3p, it's more than doubled since! And is still only valued at £600k. It's the start of a new tax year today (6/4/2009). Changing of advisor is standard at this time of year. As a quick list, these smallcap companies today changed over to Hoodless (probably because they are one of the cheapest fee wise): 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:SCO Scotty Group Plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:ALO Alecto Energy Plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:CLTV Cellcast plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:ATC Atlantic Coal Plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:BGT Bright Things plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:CLV Clipper Ventures 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:DESC Designcapital Plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:MBO MobilityOne Limited 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:PLW Playwize Plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:REDT Red24 Plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:SEV SerVision plc 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:SNRP Strategic Natural 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:SYM Symphony Environment 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:UVEL UniVision Eng Ltd 06/04/2009 07:01 UKREG Change of Adviser LSE:POGL Plant Offshore Group ... there will be more 'change of advisers' over the coming days as other companies do the same (i.e. LNG are planning to change advisor this month too). Why would Cellcast need to raise funds via issuing of equity when they still have £1m available from headstart which they have had a healthy relationship with. They also have cash remaining from last years SKY channel sale. If Cellcast did want to issue equity they would have to go through numerous hurdles (i.e. restructuring the shares, as they can only issue shares at 3p or more at present - This requires shareholder approval) and they would have to be able to justify it to existing shareholders (i.e. show the company is doing well and is being managed competently). Looking forward to the next trading update, as it will be a make or break one. The multiple signs are there that this company is not doing too bad at all. | ldmachin
06/4/2009 07:42 | A change of advisor to Hoodless B. LDM Surely even you must acknowledge that a placement/share consolodation is now inevitable. Hoodless are the share placement kings. Ever got a cold call from Hoodless? Things rarely work out for shareholders in the medium term when these guys are involved but that's just my opinion. Good luck with your investment guys. | 21st century media company
05/4/2009 11:26 | LDMachin, i'd just like to say that i'm glad the arguing has stopped and that i thank you for your contributions. | ![]() topgunns
05/4/2009 11:13 | Cellcast have been upgrading their servers this weekend... another positive sign that they are doing well and are getting infrastructure in place for the future... "Sunday 5th April -------------------- Sorry we are currently performing some important maintenance This is part of our migration to new servers to bring you a better service. Please check back later today. Thank you for your patience we will be back soon." | ldmachin
04/4/2009 01:31 | Thanks LDMachin. Will be interesting to see what unfolds here. Hoping for a five announcement soon. | recto verso
03/4/2009 20:27 | Big changes on Cellcast shows! A fresh makeover? Or all part of the new conditional agreement? Also: "Oh and by the way!! Party People is finishing at 8.30pm tonight.. because work is being done on all the studios so we are using somebody elses at the minute." | ldmachin
01/4/2009 13:40 | All investors should make their own decisions. | ![]() topgunns
01/4/2009 13:05 | What i posted earlier still applies: "2%+ of the company has been bought in the last 3 trading days at 0.9p+. The MMs don't have the stock at present to fill these orders. Don't sell and this will force the MMs to raise the bid price higher and higher as they need the stock to fill the recent buys orders. Don't let them profit from their dodgy wide spread, make them feel the pain. Remember 65% approx of the company shares are not publically held, so the MMs are gonna stuggle to get stock..." I see no reason to sell as the company seem to be doing better than ever. Don't let the MMs have your stock on the cheap, especially when they screw over investors with such a large spread. | ldmachin
30/3/2009 14:29 | Davidruk, A lot rests on the next trading update/results. It'll give us a better idea of how much profit the business is capable of generating (should be at least £1m p.a. net profit in my book) and when they are going to be able to generate it by... if there are signs that they can reach £1m net profit per annum and soon, then the shareprice will double/treble in a day for starts. The current market cap is a lowly £650k. ... i've said for the last 6 months that the signs are there that the business is doing a lot better than most think... and finally the shareprice is starting to reflect this fact. | ldmachin |
