26/2/2009 18:13 | Do you reckon that they're currently profitable and generating cash, LDM? | the analyst
26/2/2009 12:22 | Clarity is need on the Ofcom decision before the shareprice will be allowed to re-rate substantially one way or another. The fact that the ofcom decision was originally planned for the end of the summer 2008 and we are still waiting now (march next month) shows that the problem with phone-in-shows can't be too big and urgent otherwise they would have clamped down months ago... It's good to see that Cellcast are building a good internet based business... so if the worst cast scenerio plays out with Ofcom then at least there is some business of some kind left... ... not to mention the Cellcast asia assets. ... with the market cap at approx. £400k there is more upside than down. One to watch with interest ;-) | ldmachin
26/2/2009 12:16 | There are lots of things that should increase shareholder value, but somehow they don't. | zangdook
26/2/2009 12:12 | Poxy just under 100K shares sold for about £400 2 days ago took the price down from 0.5p to 0.4p to sell. Today a 150K buy for 0.65p, which is 975 pounds should of at least increased the bid price back to where it was. All that is happening (imho) is that the market makers are doing their best to cover up this coming big time rise, through all the progress and very hard work Cellcast has made, since they last announced on the 31st September. I have noticed on average about once a month Cellcast have managed to create something new, that should increase shareholder value. | lord santafe
24/2/2009 20:01 | Cellcast still expanding programme content... new 'after dark' show on tvalways.com: | ldmachin
24/2/2009 12:38 | 25,000 sell today and the price then drops. The good news is that it will only take about a 100,000 buy to move the price back up. The offer is still the same as before, and when the hopefully positive ofcom news come out, first buying orders probarly will cost no less than 1.15p. | lord santafe
22/2/2009 12:50 | The Analyst kept on bringing up research information about ASOS back in 2003. ASOS where only 5p to buy through Hoodless back then. Currently they are £3.33 and the highest was just over £4.00. Hopefully the Analyst is as right about Cellcast as he was about ASOS. the analyst - 20 Jan'03 - 15:31 - 11 of 322 Not ramping, not recommending that anyone should buy ASC. Definitely one to be aware of through for future press releases etc. If they keep going the way they are they should be making £2m pa pre tax in a couple of years time. That's my time scale rather than a quick rise in the next few months. With respect to the price dropping back to lower trading range - possibly, possibly not - mm just bought 25k shares. Someone at Credit Suisse bought a few million, holding company and all subsidiaries trading profitably and new premises will allow room for the expansion. Not looking too bad at all IMO the analyst - 19 Mar'03 - 23:08 - 13 of 322 Hoodless selling loads of them to their clients at 5p each. From what I've seen of Hoodless almost without exception when they do this with small companies just before results the figures tend to be terrible and the shares plummet afterwards - I hope that doesn't happen again with this one as I've speculated on this stock! It could be different here as in every other case Hoodless have bought via a placing rather than on the open market as they have done here. | lord santafe
20/2/2009 11:51 | It is all their cash and assetts, along with their rising websites which is the key here. Not only that, there has also been many signs lately that Cellcasts business's are perfoming better than before. Personaly I am confident about Ofcom passing the decision, and then we will see a re-rating, and with the directors holding just over 50% it will not be worth them pocketing parts of the company. | lord santafe
20/2/2009 11:42 | Sorry Marksman, but the tricky bit with these BBs is not knowing if this is genuine information or classic P and D? I hope you are right of course as a holder of these shares, but wary of buying more on the back of your posting. Time will tell. | timely3
20/2/2009 11:27 | No indication that TMM bought this am, TMM just states another 100k bought. A paltry £650, not going to rock anyones boat. No offence TMM but there has been a rise in P&D with aim stocks during the past month | ucretin
20/2/2009 11:21 | If post 1622 is correct, and the poster is buying, isn't there a phrase for that? | rascalhardin
20/2/2009 11:02 | The Analyst I bought more yesterday. Another 100K bought this morning. I hold over 1% and hold for the gains I know are coming. I have been very quite on this BB, however, until yesterday I had nothing to add to the discussions. All I need to say is watch the trades and the price activity across the next week and you will notice a significant change to trading patterns compared to that we have seen in recent months. Time will unravel the story. firing straight - TheMarksman! | themarksman
20/2/2009 10:40 | Marksman, as nice is it is the hear these positive comments, you do you explain the fact that nobody is accumulating shares (for example, you)? Surely if you had some knowledge, you would be buying... | the analyst
20/2/2009 08:36 | 'A fortieth of a penny' - slowly slowly catch the monkey! Another couple of 'tick ups' are planned for today or Monday. The intent is to raise the mid-price to 1.5-2p by the end of Feb to provide the baseline for the news. I do not seek vindication or villification, I am simply telling you as it is. The buyout pice will be @5p. firing striaght - TheMarksman! | themarksman
20/2/2009 03:48 | I didn't even bother looking at the chart. Then I saw people were saying 'tick up'. Tick up by one fortieth of a penny. ENK got its regulatory decision made in the end, perhaps these boys will too. analyst - 'intend to do something about it once the ofcom decision is made' - why wait? Once Ofcom come through they'll be busy either working or flogging off the filing cabinets. They could draw a nice flow chart of the corporate structure and stick it on the website. | zangdook
19/2/2009 19:41 | I have to say, that despite all this talk of Mike Neville, off-shore companies and the lack of transparency, Brazil, etc, I do truly believe that the Directors have been working really hard, trying to make a success of Cellcast. I know they worked incredibly hard on the Cellcast Asia deal and also in selling the EPG slots. The same is likely to have been the case with getting the freeview slot Yes, the directors really do need to be much more transparent, they need to explain how the company is set up and being run in much greater detail. However, from what I understand, they do acknowledge this past failing and intend to do something about it once the ofcom decision is made. | the analyst
19/2/2009 19:41 | Glad to hear that somebody is confident, The Marksman! - I guess you are trying to hint that the ofcom decision will be good. I'm hoping for that decision to be made soon and also to hear something about progress with Cellcast Asia. I also wonder whether a sale of sumo.tv could be possible at some stage? | the analyst
19/2/2009 18:38 | Why the unexplained FREAKISH tick up? Did the MM press the wrong button? Has LDM been topping up? | 21st century media company
19/2/2009 12:51 | The first tick up of many to come. Good news on its way and all those who have chosen to barrack rather than research will disappear as quickly as they came. I can add no more at this time, but be patient - slowly-slowly -- BANG!. Firing straight - TheMarksman! | themarksman
19/2/2009 06:51 | Does that "MN" stand for Mike Neville? | rascalhardin |
