I thought there was the potential for this kind of reaction to any whiff of good news about success at #703, because if you remember we got a spike back in October up to 55p+ intraday which turned out to be on rumours of a farm-in which came to nought:

I`m astounded that the price still held....I was expecting the `t` traders to close......but not so. There seems to be a bit more to this than meets the eye......like us...maybe they`re waiting for the oncoming rns?......undoubtedly up on the `Gainers Board` tomorrow.....probably No. two...or three.

Drewz - congratulations. It took alot of courage to buy last week. I didn't, unfortunately, and I think I've now missed the rights issue. I'd guess we'll get news about 703 or a farm-in tomorrow or maybe both, The interesting thing now is, how high it will go. No point in guessing until we see the RNS.

I`m expecting a `share movement` rns tomorrow.....then the company will have to come clean.......

yet again......can only conclude that the drill bit must have came up trumps in both the Triassic and Permian formations....as you say....bodes well for tomorrow.(...and the next rns)....and as Ramsey stated.....the successful drilling of 703 will be a company forming turning point.


(ps. it`s up to 21p already....and the `t` traders are still piling in.)

pps...it`s the first time this year I`ve seen the graph physically extended north wards to accommodate the rise.

WOW....1.17m traded so far....up 38%....and still only No 5 on the TSX Gainers Board.



Today, having hit a mid price of 19.4p on the TSX......this share is undoubtedly going through the Golden Cross by the end of the week.

I can only conclude that the 703 drill results must be out....and with `T` traders still piling in at .38 CAD.......the only way is North....back to 1 CAD.(remember that 703 was a double target within the same drilling operation....which means that the possibility exists that both may have come up trumps.)

up 25% in Canada as I write.....the 703 results are due at the end of MAY....maybe a leak?...price now 18p....looks like a breakout.




worth a look....would be nice to see it here.

703 a duster...no chance....they`re going through two geological levels within the same drilling operation...which increases the chance of success by 100%..


The turn around from loss to profit in the last quarter was as a result of the oil price...and having sold at $79 a barrel....the barrel price reached a new high last night...$135 a barrel....this will no doubt be reflected in the numbers next time round.

I took a small position here via Canada (cheaper!!!) - but bombed out oilies where the management are actually turning the ship around could be back in fashion.
