26/2/2008 19:27 | Of course, it is all contingent on the success of the current drilling programme. Any recovery in price in anticpation of drill results will be short-lived if we don't get commercial flow results from one of these first 2 wells. free stock charts from www.advfn.com | drewz
26/2/2008 19:20 | On the move now in Canada. Up 13%. My top up this morning may prove to be fortuitously timed. | drewz
26/2/2008 15:56 | It's encouraging to see some buying here. It takes a bit of nerve, but it's probably the right thing to do. The weather has been terrible out in Kazakstan this winter. Heavy snow at the moment, I think. So starting the new shallow wells has probably been delayed by a few weeks. | rupe1958
26/2/2008 15:09 | Charles Summers, President and COO of Caspian Energy, Inc. commented on 22 January 2008: "This program offers a variety of targets, the successful drilling of which will add meaningful reserves. Once begun, the program provides for a series of quick to drill wells, which are relatively inexpensive, Therefore, the Company expects to make a series of important announcements over the coming several months." | drewz
26/2/2008 15:02 | £17m is very cheap here, Robin. Any drill success will give this a substantial lift. Plus they have been working on remedial solutions to some of the deep well flow difficulties, so we may get an update on that too in the imminent quarterly report. This stock is completely off radar. | drewz
26/2/2008 14:59 | cheers drewz, regards, RoL | robin_of_loxley
26/2/2008 14:58 | Topped up again today. I am hopeful that CEK will be able to double production within 9 months from these shallow drills. Then double it again in the following 6 months. Yes, they are tight for cash with $18m exploration spend commited for 2008/9, but this current lower risk drill programme could/should transform the company's fortunes. Plus, there is the on-going farm-in news to complete which caused the intraday spike up to 50p recently, in November. Lots to play for. | drewz
21/2/2008 20:02 | The Caspian area is going through a transition.... | htrocka
21/2/2008 12:18 | I'm interested, Union. Awaiting developments with the drillbit. It's about time this company had some luck in that department. | drewz
21/2/2008 11:54 | Why no interest in the recently announced drilling programme ? | unionhall
22/1/2008 04:26 | even with the global slide.....these are getting support at .32 $CAD | htrocka
21/1/2008 15:14 | Looks like its broken through the recent support. The wider market is killing everything today, but there could be a good op here. | stuart14

14/1/2008 20:26 | This has historically been a good price to get into CEK at. | stuart14

23/12/2007 10:30 | probably an important contributing factor why the `farm-in` is taking time to put together... | htrocka |
