20/10/2009 15:32 | 'The property is currently being used as Capital & Regional's head office but the Group will move to rented premises on completion.' A property company which has to move to rented premises? I thought we were supposed to be landlords not tenants. Why can't they move into empty space in something which they own? Seems daft to me. Since the shares have fallen from 1700p to 40p I think portacabins in a car park would be more appropriate anyway. | kibes
20/10/2009 15:27 | How do you know that? I hope from now on they will work from home. A great deal cheaper providing their wifes do not divorce them. | hungry wolf
20/10/2009 15:05 | The sell today of Grosvenor Place, about time to,we knew it was coming as it got mention at the egm. why have a head office in London when you are a large lettings company with no London assets in your portfolio, its a leftover mistake from the last management, who were probably living the life in the good times.imo that has now been corrected. | edward hopper

20/10/2009 14:40 | 248K is nothing surely - it's at 42p and I've been seeing trades large enough to take that out in 2-3 trades regularly recently. I'd love to buy them but it's the wife's birthday next week - all my cash has been asigned :-) CR | cockneyrebel
20/10/2009 14:37 | i dont think the 298k shares when they eventually get sold is a big deal ,thinking about it. what was the 14.19 500,000 k = buy or sell,to me it must of been a buy? we have been rising 12% a week for 2 1/2 weeks and i see this continuing what do you guys think? | edward hopper
20/10/2009 13:23 | lol... yes, come on directors or CR get your fingers in your pockets, help us poor people out!!! Get rid of the 298k now! Action group needed perhaps? | warmsun
20/10/2009 12:58 | Yes, that lump of 298k at 42p is offputting - CR, you can afford to buy them, then the price will be up & away. | martincc

20/10/2009 12:13 | We appear to have reached a stale mate. Dow to open strong so perhaps that will get the appetite back for our conservative investors over here. | hungry wolf
