the reason why the share price has fallen this week is because barclays and deutsche bank have both reduced their holdings to just less than 3% and morgan stanley have reduced to 5 %
this is normal ,as of course they got their new shares for 24p and they are in it for short term profit and they move on to the next company and so on.

retail and leisure property price went up 0.37% last month this is the first time there has been a rise for 26 months and is the biggest rise in the sector

i read this at www.ukbusinessproperty.co.uk

as land securities LAND said the their asset have gone up 5%,LAND are a very similiar type of company to CAL

i read this at www.guardian.co.uk/business/2009/sep/21/land-securities-bullring-future-fund

dont understand why the share price going down down... when theres so much potentail there with the company, it went through restructure, debt financing etc... still going down.. think the mm's are playing their game here, looks like patient required.

Come on guys ...be fair...as i said weeks ago , its a 45p ave share ( over the last 6 months) that got diluted 300% and a truck load at 24p. There was a chance the gravy train could pass through this one but i just don't think companies give 40p shares away for 24p. Remember that at the time the option deal was set up this was at 40p ish and they gave you nearly 50% discount at the 24p issue and diluted well over 50%.

came to that conclusion based on the fundamentals and the economy. the property prices have stablised and some are even rising, so cal shouldnt lose any more asset value, more chance of asset value increasing, they reduced the debts and now in profit making, share price peaked at 100p before the RI so it should retrsce back to that level, probably take 3-4 months, hopefully if nothing changes and no bad news.

MNR is on show -but CAL future is simple 5 baggers by MAR/APRIL 2010. Also Load up IERE,SBDB for healthy return as the Property index and outlook is improved.

many of the sells were actually buys, in fact i would reverse the report of buy and sells today. i know since my buy was reported as a sell @ 36.25 just b4 lunch or there abouts.
