The basic math is wrong seems to be how come the fund is -3% down in avg , if ftse see running 30% up since june. The Capital depression even by JP morgan 40p standard. Can any 1 give right calculation?

agreed CR: did some work on these last night to look at the NAV on a post-equity raise basis and came up with about 61p basic @30/6 or 71p EPRA. think I'll get some for the ISA

I'm buying these here and will keep buying - the chart is turning, commercial property assets are rising. Business is on the increase which will boost property demand.

The chart is right at the bottom and turning up imo - 6 months an I'll double my money I reckon.

Every trade is a buy and a sell gnawe. It's traded on SETs. If you buy some shares at the offer you are taking them off of a seller on the order book. So a trade is both a buy and a sell at either bid or offer.

Nobody pointed out the small pennant that broke out to the upside from Oct 5th if you look at a bar chart.

and the chart is making a nice curve upwards too. I've been buying these up over the past few days.
