28/9/2009 11:56 | cal dont have a single asset in London except for its own office, and they dont rent a single office out to bankers or anyone else? shouldnt you be on the sbdb forum | edward hopper
28/9/2009 11:37 | Could be the drop is due thanks to the big cheese of HSBC announcing he is moving to Hong Kong since the East is where it's happening. The city freaked out, had a panic attack got in to serious paranoia and now believes everyone will move EAST yet the Koreans have just put an offer to buy anything in Canary Wharf and surely they are not going to use office space to launch rockets from, or are they. LETS GET PARANOID and all sell everything. Yeah! Thanks Mr. HSBC big cheese, we got the message the thing is though everyone wants a piece of LONDON so scare over. NEXT! | hungry wolf
28/9/2009 10:48 | NAV 32.5P EXACTLY divs will be half the annual profits which is 2.9p | edward hopper
28/9/2009 09:46 | When will this company pay dividends with its rental income? That would be a good sign. Does anyone have an approx NAV by any chance, though I still think property is in a bear market phase and especially ahead of next years tax grab and public sector spend cut. Though I do see the merits longer term in this company, short to medium term its going to move about on what investors think between themselves and fear and greed plays a big part in that. The directors purchased significant amounts between them in the placing at 24p ( £860,000 approx) .I would suggest that a strong floor in the share price is around that level at least. I am looking to buy back in at some point. | nick rubens
28/9/2009 09:10 | i agree i have a limit order at 30p i know this company is safe and a very good long term stock so i dont really care | edward hopper

28/9/2009 08:44 | Keeps the adrenaline going! | hungry wolf
28/9/2009 08:38 | 1.1m traded so far, compared to 2.4m on Friday. Hell of a shake but buyers returning and pulling the price back up. L2 now gone positive on volume, 754K bid, 659K offered. | davius

28/9/2009 08:26 | well that was a shrewd buy then last week! | jonno1
28/9/2009 08:11 | I think its simply a case of post offer overhang. Those that took up their rights are simply selling that stock in the market. Might persist for a little while. | nickcduk
28/9/2009 08:05 | What about the steep fall this week Edward, should we not worry about this either? ;0( Personally, I'm surprised at the continued fall, at this rate it seemes to be heading back down to the placing/rights price. | davius
27/9/2009 22:38 | thanks again Edward Hopper. | m1tu
27/9/2009 15:07 | mitu dont worry about the share price fall last week ,take a look at the charts after the RI more than 33% of the companys shares were sold off and the share price bottomed at 33.5p now 3 x banks have sold what 5 % of the companys shares in a week which is nothing like 33% is it, so it hard to see it going much lower. it went up last time to a £1 with no news and it will do it again why because its property mate and property prices are going to start rising and having hugh scott barrett as your MD is like having Alex Ferguson manganging you. why not read some of the posts on the iii forum, there are alot of big players posting there that know alot about the company and on the google forum as well, you should post on them as they are more lively i am inviting you over in other words and any other pro cal investors of course | edward hopper
27/9/2009 12:09 | thanks for the reply. | m1tu |
