When FTSE is running year high - The property sector too technically should back...Surely there is a heavy explode corner by. BUY at this level still damn cheap when FTSE is 5200 almost.

Don't desert CAL just becoz their's a takeover speculation at MNR. This one will have its day. Maybe in 6-12 mths IMHO

I think i am in heaven.

Both my picks are showing the potential i saw in them.

CAL are ticking up gradually and

Minerva (MNR) has had a great write up in the Times and Telegraph re potential predators (6 of them)

Looking for a nice gap in the morning and hopefully a bid in the near future of 50-60p

If we didn't have a large strategic shareholder here I reckon CAL would be a sitting duck bid target for any number of parties. Give it a few months and I think the boys from ZA might make an offer for the rest of the company.

Overhang in CAL isn't too far away from being cleared I reckon. Post open offer I imagine there was a fair amount of stock that needed shifting. That looks to be mostly complete. Next set of accounts should be clean and highlight that CAL should be on course for over 6p+ a year in earnings. NAV should also rise quite sharply.
