dgdg1 - I would just use the filter button and ignore all the mud slinging. This will get taken out by PE at some point, where it is much better suited and won't have to respond to all this rubbish.

SK has moved from trying to provide logical arguments to just trying to play on people's emotions and fears via various psychological techniques. It's for everyone to see through this and ignore anything which is not logical and evidence-based.

Unfair? Possibly, but probably not, but you can't fight nature.

If the Novoship/Ruperti case is a big part of the shorters case then they are clearly in trouble. Old news and clearly BUR are not the main target.

BUR being sued all over the shop. Live by the sword die by the sword as they say.

With a slam duck case, IMHO, where BUR did manipulate metrics through accounting fraud (Glenmark $15.8m) and BUR not being able to just ignore it as the case moves into discovery phase, things are looking pretty grim.

Obviously it is going to take a while for the suits against BUR to gather momentum maybe a couple of years. But it could all come apart much sooner than that.

SK here you go again, Burford don't plead the 5th, they have already explained the gain related to a case other than Salix, you can't expect them to then publicly answer every little argument that you and TW air, but I have clearly answered this in earlier posts, which you ignored. Miriam Connole didn't leave in unusual circumstances, as far as I can see your only complaint is that Burford didn't publicly thank her. So you clearly have an agenda and are not at all neutral on this.
