Molot had £30m+ of shares. There is no imperative for him to throw good money after bad. Where will the share price be after 3 more years of 30-40% growth pa?

One wants to grow and create jobs.
The other wants to destroy and rip a company apart for their gain.

Which one sounds the nicest?

I wonder whether we might see a share buyback. Normally it wouldn't be good for a company growing and with debt, but if they want a US listing they will want some shares to list and an share price in an uptrendWhile they have been busy with other things, they also need to update on governance issues: AIM, US listing, improving board etc

I think I would rather follow directors buying millions of pounds worth of shares than someone with huge financial agenda.

The books can be completely fairly cooked - but the largest item on the menu could still even if well cooked cause food poisoning

SERIOUS MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION: If forced to invest your hard earned cash for next 3 years in one of the following which would you honestly choose?

a) Oil, gold or diamond mines where $100m's spent with no guarantee of finding anything or selling product on at reliable price.

b) Big Pharma companies spending $100m's on new drugs that might not make it through trials

c) 'Safe as houses' utility companies facing huge fines for price fixing, water pollution, blackouts and nationalisation by next govt

d) insurance companies in any one year facing payouts on hurricanes, floods and earthquakes.

e) financial institutions that could be hit by bad loans next recession

f) Tech companies investing $100m's in folding phones or driverless cars and such that don't work

g) Litigation company that spreads its money across many carefully selected cases where the odds of you getting a return on each one are over 95% and recessionary proof

I'd ask Daniel Yu but I suspect he invests his money under his mattress if they think's (g) is too risky

??! The point was they are not infallible. MW allegations against BUR center on dodgy accounts. If proven true the share price can plumb to new Carillion-esque depths, if proven false it's a ridiculous bargain. Need a strong stomach for this one at present.

A 1 second Google tells otherwise:-
"Washington D.C., Oct. 18, 2016 —
The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Ernst & Young LLP has agreed to pay more than $11.8 million to settle charges related to failed audits of an oil services company that used deceptive income tax accounting to inflate earnings."
