Chimers, wrong. The relevant RNS came out at 4.02pm. All above board. And the original RNS giving details of the purchases said after the rebuttal which was the RNS, NOT the conference call.

Please get your “facts” right.

All the ranting on here and predicting short term share price is a waste of energy. Innuendo is more powerful than fact short term. The share price will be volatile for some time and wont rise to near previous highs for some time.

One thing is sure, if the price stagnates for another 6 months BUR will dual list on NYSE and beef up the board or they will sell out to private equity. Both scenarios will bump up the price quite a bit, IMO. So a good long term buy at current price. But I'm waiting for the dust to settle a bit more first.

The share price went through the roof the second it became clear to people on here after begging to be told ...how many and at what price the directors had bought.Thats when I cashed out.

My trade will be available to the lawyers.

Can we all filter and ignore Chimers? I did this over a year ago. His investment approach is very consistent: he loses money and swears a lot. Just ignore

Chimers,

The share price dropped during the call. One of the reasons for that was because of how few shares were going to be bought by PDMRs, who had made a mint out of selling them not that long before.

The Investors Champion podcast made a big point of how the principle managers had bought early on but never topped up at higher prices until they sold at a huge profit, IC did not use the term but it was LENIGASESQUE.

Most, apart from naive mug punters see the token PDMR buys as a negative not a positive.

I believe using a well promulgated open to anybody conference call to put a bit more detail on something already announced (PDMRs will buy once rebuttal released) as a valid way of informing the wider market. RNSs go out and everybody can theoretically access at the same time, if they are logged onto the internet however during the working day many cannot read them and act on them. The same is true for conf calls except you only need a phone signal not wifi or 3/4 G to join in so even disconnected from the internet you could join.
