Done deal: Bidco has also received an irrevocable undertaking from Frasers Group to vote (or procure the voting) in favour of the Scheme at the Court Meeting and the Resolutions at the General Meeting (or, in the event that the Acquisition is implemented by way of a Takeover Offer, to accept or procure the acceptance of the Takeover Offer) in respect of all of the N Brown Shares owned or controlled by it, representing approximately 20.3% of N Brown's issued share capital and approximately 22.4% of the N Brown Shares eligible to vote at the Court Meeting
