13/8/2009 23:00 | Another positive Barclays related story; I took control of my pension from my 'advisors' in January after the value dropped below 50% of contributions made in the past 3 years. Thanks in part to Barclays I am now up around 20% on original contributions. To think that I actually paid those theiving barstewards for losing me so much money.... | adg
13/8/2009 20:56 | I just hope everyone else here has benefitted - even the mug shorters (that never come here anymore - I do miss them terribly). Scroll back 6 months and see the mugs that were spouting complete cr@p - I hope that they are suitably embarrassed - though I doubt it! Next stop 400...all aboard! | eisler
13/8/2009 20:22 | Eisler - 13 Aug'09 - 20:53 - 36161 of 36162 Well done, nice to hear someone doing real well. | fazals

13/8/2009 19:53 | Well, where do I start - been a while since I dipped in here and the coinage keeps rolling in! On paper, mortgage virtually gone (very close now) and best ever holiday next week paid for. All thanks to the faith I kept along with others from those dark, dark 60p days. Well done all who stuck with the plan! Stuck £20k into a daft punt and guess what! | eisler

13/8/2009 15:49 | Abhai.. If we rise above 380 then £4 will be tested very quickly :+).. Hope you're right my friend. The original double top resistance for the FTSE100 of 4639 is now acting as a support level. September may test this but can't see it being broken. My guess is that BARC will trade sideways in a band between 335 and 379 until October. Evening folks. | xworks
13/8/2009 15:17 | Ha lloyds, Barc, HSBC all at 2.2% up | capricious
13/8/2009 15:12 | Xworks .... forget the fib level .... market is not moving on any fudaments .... pure speculation & i'll tell you what .... a lot of people want to own BARC .... so any upward movement from here & we'll have lots wanting to join the bandwagon!! GL! | abhai
13/8/2009 14:56 | Abhai... It would be lovely to see a rise to 380+.. Problem is that we're at a fib level now so may take longer.. Hope you're right though.. Still hold a good chunk for £5+.. If that takes less than a year then I'm an even happier man! | xworks
