Lowest it's been for over 5 years. No doubt it's fear of budget cuts, and covid knock-on. But unless peace breaks out, Russia and China go democratic and ME has a love-in, this remains a stock not to be out of.

There again, I guess a lot of folk are trading.

This is now down 20% in a month or so. Considering the dividends they are paying it's absolutely ridiculous

Type 26 Frigate HMS Glasgow looks shipshape on the Clyde

According to the Royal Navy:
“Just over half of HMS Glasgow is now complete or under construction, out of eight planned vessels in the class (all are named, three have been ordered, two are in build at Govan – HMS Cardiff is No.2).
Once the fore and aft sections are complete they will be joined on the hard in front of the block hall, before the bridge/main mast are craned into place. The completed ship will then be ‘launched’ by being lowered into the Clyde via a barge, then towed downstream to BAE’s yard at Scotstoun to complete fitting out.

F-35 to move into full-rate production later than expected

The Pentagon will have to put off moving the F-35 program to full-rate production due to another delay in starting critical simulation tests.
Before the Defense Department’s top weapons buyer, Ellen Lord, can clear the F-35 for full-rate production, the jet must undergo a series of tests in the Joint Simulation Environment, which emulates advanced threats that cannot be replicated in live flight tests.

Just seen the Blackrock announcement from yesterday. Looks like they added just short of 1%, circa 30m shares. Must've been an off-market purchase as I didn't see that sort of volume go through over last couple of days.
