For me I end up upgrading posts usually, most of them filtered posters.

chucko1, you need to look at trust net - performance figures over several years - for both investment trusts and Unit trusts.

Yes, 100bps a year (or more!) is quite some headwind when faced with markets as tricky as they seem to be at the moment. Continue to be a very happy holder of Aviva and debating whether to reinvest my dividends or splash out on a new watch.

DB193, that might actually be an advantage! Not many ever got rich by giving their money to “an expert”. The experts did well, of course.
