Problem is 335p on a 375p TERP is only 10% discount, which is unheard of for RIs of this size (and look at the last RI AML did!!).

If you want a laugh plug in 35%-50% discount to TERP and see what that spits out

They are always about to "come good". DBX was meant to turn them around and it hasn't hence the need for another cool half a billion quid or so. They are also far behind the curve with their EV train and to be honest I just can't see anyone spending high end money on a car that's not an EV in 5 years time.

The super car market is special but its also not really that importatnt to them as they need big scale and it can't provide that.

i think this will come good in the end. but another dilution and another consolidation before they make a profit in 2024. Stay away from now. They need to raise £575m pound. That figure makes me dizzy! LOL

if right issue £3.35/share with current price £4.50...so the post right issue share price should be in circa £3.75p. that sound about right then. no point buying at this price!

Of course it will be deeply discounted.
The market can't reward companies with this size of dilution otherwise everyone would be at it.

The share price is sitting at the current AML market cap similar to how much AML need to raise, £575m.
That means 1 for 1 at 50% discount, circa £2.50 RI price.
I bet Stroll wished he had listened to Ken Gregor now, and raised way back before Ken resigned.
The later he left it, the worse the dilution would be. And now we have somewhere around 50%.
TERP would be circa £3.45 ish.

I think the share price might miraculously rise just before the announcement, so am expecting £2.75 to £3.25 RI price, and TERP of just under £4, so currently slightly overvalued.
The saudis will want an instant profit.

I think the RI will be at a deep discount to protect the underwriters and encourage retail investors who don't properly understand how a RI works.

tested it today with opening short and order rejected without a reason . IG are pathetic nowadays and hard to find out why order rejected even when sending email - rarely get a reply :)

What will be the right issue price placing at? £3.50 / share ? Obviously the institutions that want to fork the money out will want the share price to be near £3.20 /share.
