Agreed Gary.
Stroll is just lurching from one crisis to the next, he's an utter clown.
How many rich idiots with huge egos think they can turn AML around?

If I were a big car group, I'd wait for Stroll to bankrupt the company, cancel the debt and start again.
The debt will be above the market cap shortly, the writing is on the wall.

This will be 550p again soon. Moving Aston to an Italian design studio is going to give the brand a real identity crisis. As far as I know the British brands have kept their design studios in Britain. What next; will Apple products be 'designed in Hungary'?

Stroll's target for 2025 is 10,000 sales, £2bn turnover and £500m EBITDA.
Subtract £170m interest and £330m D&A and you have nothing left.
So even if they grow sales by 68% in 2.5 years, they still make zero profit.

I can see the risk, where is the reward?
And what advice was I giving? For people to be wary? That's hilarious!

Stroll tried to sue Nebula to make them bankrupt and failed, now they are after the royalties they are due on every Valkyrie, Valhalla and Vanquish.
If you had listened to me you would have taken your profit nearer £23, maybe that's why you're annoyed.

Sales performance is picking up. Cash flow also shows signs of improving. Yes the company has seen a few very difficult years but hopefully the tide will turn. I have a low average so am lucky there. Risk / reward at these levels looks ok. All in my opinion of course. Not here to give advice like some.

What are you bringing to the table EOD?

Give me your reasoning for investing in AML right now?
What are the positives?

Looks like it.
Cash balance of £420m, minus the £150m they will probably need to pay to Nebula, plus burning another £125m like the CFO admitted in 2022.
Not a lot left.
Majority of cash is car deposits, which have to be moved out cash when sold.

Looks like a horrendous dilutive cash raise, (mooted by Business F1 magazine alongside the Q1 results) is the only option.

I would be very wary of bottom fishing here.... Be careful out there.

Press position 14 March, 2022

Court dismisses Nebula Project AG bankruptcy challenge brought by AML, path clear for claims in arbitration
Following the termination in mid 2021 by Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc. (AML) of an agreement with Nebula Project AG (Nebula) concerning the development and marketing of Aston Martin's new range of mid-engine cars (Valkyrie, Valhalla and the new Vanquish), Nebula and other companies led by Dr Andreas Baenziger and Dr Florian Kamelger have faced a series of legal proceedings in Switzerland commenced by AML. The Swiss group formerly ran one of AML's most successful dealerships: Aston Martin St. Gallen.
The various actions have included allegations of both bankruptcy and fraud and appear to have been aimed at avoiding claims by Nebula, to which AML alluded in its 22 June 2021 RNS Statement as payments it was 'no longer liable for'.
On 8 March 2022, the Cantonal Court of Appenzell Ausserrhoden (Switzerland) has dismissed AML's attempts to have Nebula declared bankrupt.
Dr Florian Kamelger, Chairman, says: “We are delighted by the Swiss Court's decision, which brings this dispute to its proper forum: the arbitration commenced by Nebula in London in November last year, with claims in excess of GBP 150m.”

God is this pile of shxt still breathing as a listed company. Told you idiots to dump this and load up on Tesla 18 months ago…got loads of “ he’s anti British ‘ bs back, what a laugh, if you’d bought Tesla you would have 8xd your money whereas this U.K. listed vomit comet has destroyed 90 pc plus of shareholder value. NEVER BUY BRITISH haha. What future is there for a manufacturer churning out poorly built 4 litre cars with oil at 120 a barrel. Madness. Totally fxxking doomed. It’s already gone bust 7 times in its life and the 8’th is imminent.
