18/11/2021 12:38 | Tony, wonder if that large director buy is a "bet" on AML succumbing to a bid?. Not holding and did warn before the listing, posting what turned out to be an incredible bearish call be a FT journalist. AML - Beware a private equity wolf in sheep's clothing, was from memory, the title of that article. Also noticed from around my own area, Weybridge, far fewer Astons on the road, in comparison to a few years back. | essentialinvestor

18/11/2021 11:44 | It's only my expectations I'm interested in. Good luck with your investments. | pwal
18/11/2021 11:24 | Better than who expected? Just you it seems. Read the CFO's words below... Financing costs hit £133m between August and October this year because of interest on the debt, much higher than the £79m Aston spent in the same period the previous year. As a result, the company’s pre-tax loss for the quarter was £97.9m compared with a loss of £80.5m in the same period last year, despite improving conditions at the underlying business. “The cost of it is higher than we would have wished,” finance chief Ken Gregor told the Financial Times. | swiss tony
17/11/2021 13:36 | Q3 results were better than expected. Not sure what you are worried about. | pwal
17/11/2021 13:12 | Ermmm, Q3 results, and losing £133m in 3 months? Maybe that? Q4 results should be fun with the debt interest deduction. | swiss tony
17/11/2021 09:39 | Nothing needs to happen for the share price to get to 20+ again. What happened for it to drop to 16? Nothing. Long term may be fundamentals but near term is all the vagaries of the MMS. And the current trend. | pwal
15/11/2021 19:38 | Are you still holding your shares? | anony mous
15/11/2021 19:05 | Directors bought last week, so I guess no news is imminent... and you think the share price will rise 25% without news. | swiss tony
15/11/2021 16:11 | Are you still holding your shares? | anony mous
15/11/2021 16:05 | Yes. 443 at 16.83. Directors can't buy when news is imminent. Do you fancy a new DBX for Xmas? Wait until February. | pwal
15/11/2021 15:41 | pwal, why February, what's going to happen between now and then to get the share price to gain 25%? You still holding those shares you bought last week? | swiss tony

15/11/2021 10:35 | Stroll just gifted his private company (F1) the use of the Aston Martin brand to raise millions. All the advertising income is due to OUR BRAND. As our CEO he should be looking after shareholders, not shafting them. The F1 team should be paying AML money, as opposed to AML spending £24m per year on F1 advertising, that's over 10% of our losses this year. What does Stroll have to do for you to realise he is in this for himself and his son? I can't wait to see how he raises someone else's money for the wind tunnel! | swiss tony
15/11/2021 09:52 | [...] Stroll lost hundreds of millions and put Asprey & Garrad into administration. His last business venture before AML. | swiss tony
15/11/2021 08:59 | It doesn't matter who's on the BB. You can choose to listen or ignore. What matters to me is that i make money. Stroll didn't get to where he is by luck.AML IMHO is going to emerge better off for his involvement. If by end Feb the share price is not in the twenties then feel free to say I was wrong. Smiley face. | pwal

14/11/2021 16:11 | I think it's pretty obvious to anyone that Swiss Tony here has absolutely nothing in common with Swiss Tony on LSE. Ask yourself why someone would intentionally copy my username, I think it's fairly obvious they are up to no good and should not be trusted. Facts trump rhetoric all day long. Chris Harris just retweeted this article, oh dear. | swiss tony |
