what relevance does evergrande have to Aston Martin? 7% on bonds and Aston Martin's company having stable financials to cover this worst case. Not worried at all me.

Before Evergrande officially defaults at the weekend? Wow, you're either extremely brave or stupid, we'll see which one it is next week.

Of course they are, that's not the argument though. Some people are quoting sales/turnover like its a great, and conveniently forgetting disclose the expenses. Depreciation & Amortisation £240-250m Interest Expense £145m Capex & R&D £250-275m All of a sudden that £300m in Valkyrie sales doesn't even scratch the surface huh?

I’d say profits on specials would be significantly higher than standard production cars… why would you bother if not

Turnover/sales mean nothing, it's profit that matters. Any company using EBITDA is a worry, obfuscating the bottom line. No point being EBITDA positive when you're losing a minimum of £220m every year because your deductions are huge. Treble 99 thinks he is right though, and the share price decline is disproving him daily. If this goes lower than £16 you're going to see a lot of 'LTH's selling up to preserve their profit from the £10 (old 50p) days. If he was right about Valkyrie, I'd imagine the share price to be climbing rather than dropping.

Sorry guys, the link won't paste. Basically the Valkyrie spider at $3,800,000(excluding taxes)is being delivered within 8 months. Only 85 being made. That's over $320,000,000 in sales. Swiss tony needs to put his real name and when he got fired , as his agenda has nothing to do with these successes .

How do you know how much the Valkyrie costs to make? It's STILL in production, you're making up numbers AGAIN! No shame. You have no idea how much R&D money AML has ploughed into this car since it was announced in 2016. I bet even Stroll doesn't know....or want to. Stroll promised Q3 delivery, and it's all gone very quiet. Production has been handed across to Multimatic, who are also in a multimillion pound payment dispute with Supernatural (a specialist carbon fibre component manufacturer). All of this related to the Valkyrie production. Valkyrie Pro AMR track cars are being prioritised as they will be built without the sophisticated electronics & hybrid system. I daren't even mention the Nebula court case. I guess you have seen the contract and know how much AML will have to pay Nebula in royalties for every single Valkyrie, Valhalla and Vanquish sold?

The Valkyrie is priced at $3,500,000 and the special limited editions are only available with a DBX purchase thrown in, priced at $6,000,000. The valkyrie costs about $1.5m to make, thats over 60% gross. The design work is capitalised and written off by the Company or impaired based on it's useful life, cost already sunk. None of these sales are reflected in the margins from the historical accounts. Infact the historical accounts are just that. The future trading will have a different cost base and also a different direct cost attributable to each model, the tie up with Mercedes cover that. So I ask "why do people perpetually post negative dribble". I can only think they have a different agenda, as they are not being paid to do this -or are they??

Regardless of the facts, AM need a lot more customers and those customers are more likely than not imo looking to buy a bit of nostalgia, as the likelihood of selling sufficient vehicles to make a profit, is as likely as GB re-joining the EC in the next 10 years. They might have more luck selling their car emblems or branded clothes than trying to compete in the super car class but then we all know it is more of a vanity project than anything else.

We all know why you are fixated on the 28 months, because you have no valid argument on the contents. It makes no difference when the article was published and everyone knows it. Negative? Try honest. When someone calls out your nonsensical lies on a public BB, try not to run away like an entitled kid. You managed to 'waste some time' posting lies, but can't waste any more time discussing facts: Priceless.

I stand corrected on the 50 months,it was 28 months ago that article. I will come back to you over the 60% gross margin on certain vehicles when I have some time to waste. You didn't say anything at the time, just now as your negativity screams out daily, to what end I don't know. Off out for the day. Bye

Show me a link to ANY car in AML range which has a 60% margin. £2bn company making losses of £200m minimum per year, with £1.3bn of debt. The company itself stated EBITDA margin of mid teens for 2021, that's looking more like low teens, and that's EBITDA, ie BEFORE interest (£145m), depreciation and amortization (£240-250m). All figures taken for H1 results 2021. When you double down on your opinion without any facts to back it up you just make yourself look even more ridiculous. Prove your 60% margin or stand corrected yourself.

The article was proof that St Athan is producing at less than 40% output capability, as requested by Bashor. Instead of trying to discredit people who post facts and links to back them up, maybe you should spend the time doing more homework on the shares you own. You stated a 60% margin in your recent posts, Treble in 99. Equally laughable.
