I sold 4 m a few years back over 6 weeks for a tax bill and always chose random amounts so as not to spook the market. Obviously I bought back.

It all depends on your starting point. If you believe that the company is well run and the fundamentals are good, then any selling would appear to be irrational and thus it must be a big seller or a forced seller.

If, on the other hand, you are not quite so optimistic about the company in the near future, then it follows that other people might feel the same way and are getting out.

I really don't understand how the sale this morning is 'the seller'.
I don't see how anyone selling down an estate holding would do it is such a random figure. 250k or 300k yes but not the figure posted today.
You would only expect that sort of figure on the ultimate sale.

Been consistent seller or sellers and it's all supply and demand. It's not a reflection of the fundamentals of the company and if you get that situation where the price fall is not representative of fundamentals then that represents a buying opportunity in my opinion.

I'm going to discount Salinbas, Ardale, Hizzy, Venus IPO, Dokwe DD, Kosovo drilling etc and tell you why i believe the value of AAU will increase significantly in 2024.1. The Resource at Tavsan will be increased and the LofM extended.2. The Resource & Reserve at Kiziltepe will be increased at the Lof Mine extended. I expect we will have 2 mines running in tandem for 2 years or more.3. Tavsan will start production Q24. A dividend stratgy will be announced5. Global resource will double.
