Plas, ignore that - deffo wasn't being serious!

KS used to often mention 'NW Trendings' re Kizil / Sindirgi Corridor - Kisladag is about 110kms south east of Kizil if my memory is all there - and the various new zones and higher grades that they've subsequently found in Kizil / Sindirgi Corridor has suggested to me for a very long time that there's still loads of the stuff to be found and mined there, and probably more than a 2 year extension.

And importantly Kiziltepe/Red Rabbit, which Kerim maintains with some confidence as I understand, will be extended well past the current plans. I believe an extra 2 years could come from the high grade Kepez resource alone.

Yes i estimate the dividend to AAU to from the JV to be circa £9m. This takes no account of the silver element. We also have to bear in mind that expenditure to build the mine has been coming from the JV. No external funding as originally planned.

Absolutely but KS and MDV have always believed the value will come from the discoveries of gold with tarsvan kizeltepe funding with and additional dividend when tarsvan producing. Happy days

Biggles - totally agree with your points well made. The only thing I'm not sure about is the spelling / pronunciation of the word Tasvan. It's becoming more important now so - should it be spelled / pronounced Tarsvan or Tasvan? No disrespect intended, just need to know.

Have I worked out correctly that Ariana's share of the profit from 2 mines could be in excess of 10 million dollars per year? With a market cap of 26.5 million pounds?
Tavsan construction paid for from current profits at Kizze so none or very little debt at Zenit. Total output 50k oz at 1000 dollars profit per oz. 23.5 percent AAU share.
This is a bloody good share to be in.
Just off to take the calming pills.

To me the tarsvan news is most important for years. Without positive news here we'd have been set back a number of years and potential fund raises . I'm really pleased at todays news irrespective of shareprice.

Positive musings coming from some commentators about Turkeys recent geopolitical decisions being more pro west, pressure by the US on Turkish banking and reduction in Russian influence in the region among some of the reasons. Might just come together this year.

Ariana – Superb News From Tavsan As Mine Construction Recommences

AIM-listed Ariana Resources (AAU) announced this morning that following Court action in Turkey, it has received the all-clear to resume construction at its second Gold mine in Turkey – Tavsan – and its team has remobilised already. This is great news for loyal shareholders such as myself.
